La planificación estratégica como momento de todo proceso de gestión, constituye una herramienta fundamental para el desarrollo de cualquier institución. Las organizaciones que visualizan un cambio permanente de su gestión, garantizan un salto cuantitativo y cualitativo ascendente de manera constante, en tal sentido, la planificación estratégica es un proceso fundamental de gestión institucional que contribuye con la organización y determinación de su propósito.
Strategic planning as a moment of any management process constitutes a fundamental tool for the development of any institution.
