RESUMO

Physical culture and sports are still an effective means of rehaabilitation and social integration of persons with weakened health. They allow people with disabilities to fully discover all their functional reserves and be active members of society. In this regard, the further development of physical culture and sports work with people with various health problems is very promising. One of the types of such activities are footbal groups, where children and young people with Down's syndrome are becoming more active. For athletes with a mosaic form of Down's syndrome, it is very important, first of all, that there are conditions for practicing football, that is, a gym with inventory, as evidencedby high marks to the quality of the classes. The use of visual training methods (instructions, drawings, schemes) in training improves the interaction of athletes with the coach, facilitates the assimilation of the training material and thereby increases the motor density of the session. It is clear that the personality of the coach plays the leading role in the training process. From how competently he interacts with his athletes, how attentive to the, how uch he carries them into playing sports ultimately depends the result of his activities ad the success of the students. It is also very important attention to the success of young athletes with a mosaic form of Down syndrome. Promotion of football among them and their active encouragement for sportes success is a serious incentive form their further employment in football and increases the popularity not only of this sport, but also of a healthy lifestyle (AU)

RESUMO

The presence of osteochondrosis in a body negatively influences many blood indices. At the given state we consider to be very interesting some peculiarities of erythrocytes’ rheological characteristics which determine the processes of microcirculation and metabolism in tissues. Detection of their state at developing osteochondrosis can help in a fuller understanding of its progression mechanisms and search of variants of the given process’ inhibition. The aim is to estimate erythrocytes’ microrheological properties in people of the second mature age with osteochondrosis of the 2nd degree. Within our research, we took 37 healthy persons of both sexes of the second mature age and also 43 people of both sexes of the same age with osteochondrosis of the 2nd degree. We applied biochemical, hematological and statistical methods of investigation. The quantity of acylhydroperoxides and thiobarbituric acid-products in plasma of the examined persons with osteochondrosis surpassed the control values by 38.4% and 37.4%, respectively. It was accompanied by imbalance of metabolites of arachidonic acid: the level of thromboxane B2 in their plasma rose by 30.6%, and the level of 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α lowered by 15.9%. At the same time, the quantity of nitric oxide metabolites in their plasma lowered by 23.6%. The quantity of acylhydroperoxides in their erythrocytes rose by 30.0% and malon dialdehyde – by 36.7%. The people with osteochondrosis were noted to have content lowering of erythrocytes-discocytes in blood by 12.7%. At the same time, the quantity of reversibly and irreversibly changed erythrocytes’ forms in them increased by 35.7% and in 2.5 times, respectively. Erythrocytes’ aggregative properties in people with osteochondrosis turned out to be strengthened. It was pointed by the increase of erythrocytes’ summary involvement into aggregates by 32.9% in them and number growth of these aggregates - by 33.3%. People of the second mature age with osteochondrosis of the 2nd degree are characterized by strengthening of lipid peroxidation processes in plasma and erythrocytes. It is accompanied by worsening of erythrocytes’ microrheological properties. Given changes can negatively influence the processes of microcirculation and worsen the trophism of tissues, including spinal column, what promotes progression of osteochondrosis. So, it is necessary to search the variants of inhibition of osteochondrosis progression and lowering of its manifestations’ sharpness. At the same time, it’s very important to take into account the capacities of the tested medicinal approaches. Their impact on erythrocytes’ microrheological properties can be rather great.

RESUMO

The course of all the ontogenesis in cattle is closely connected with the dynamics of blood system indices which are largely integrated in the animals’ bodies. Interest to peculiarities of platelet activity in high-productive cows increases because of its great signification for the optimum of microcirculation, anabolism and maximal productivity. The aim of the research: to study peculiarities of platelet activity in healthy Ireshire heifers being on supplementary breeding. We examined 36 Ireshire heifers at the age of 12, 15 and 18 months which were on supplementary breeding. We applied hematological and statistical methods of investigation. The most active platelets’ aggregation was noted in response to adenosine diphosphate being maximal to the end of observation. Collagenic and ristomicinic aggregation had less evidence and similar directivity. Summarizing index value of platelets’ aggregation with three used inductors was equal to the end of observation to 25.6±0.05%, 10.0±0.26% and 10.3±0.39%, respectively. It indirectly pointed at high integrity of vessels’ endothelium in the animals and little concentration of von Willebrand’s Factor in their plasma. Disaggregative platelets’ activity in respect of all the applied inductors had an upward trend in the observed heifers counterbalancing the rise of aggregation. Detected low platelets’ activity in Ireshire heifers should be considered as the necessary condition for optimal provision of anabolic processes in their growing tissues and of the basis for their future high productivity. Received results can be used in future researches of Ireshire heifers as normative values.
