RESUMO

Objective To observe the effect of Jingang Capsule on the inflammation and apoptosis of endometrial tissue in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods From May 2015 to August 2016 hospital admitted 60 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease, they were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group using kangfuxiaoyan suppository treatment, observation group with Jingangteng capsule, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 2 groups before and after treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors, using immunohistochemical detection of uterine tissue FasL, Caspase-3, Caspase-8 level test, comparison of 2 groups of clinical curative effect and effect on uterine endometrial tissue inflammation and apoptosis the. Results The observation group after treatment TNF-a, IL-1 beta, IL-8 levels lower than the control group (P<0.05);the observation group after treatment, the level of IL-10, higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the observation group after treatment FasL, Caspase-3, Caspase-8 levels higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion It is ideal for the treatment of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease to be treated with Jin Teng capsule. It is worthy of popularization and application.

RESUMO

Objective_To investigate the effect of ginsenoside Rg1 on the spleen structure and function of aging rats and its relative mechanism.Methods_Forty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, aging model group (D-galactose 120 mg/kg,qd ×42 d), Rg1 intervention group(D-galactose 120 mg/kg,qd ×42 d and Rg1 20 mg/kg, from day 15th,qd ×28 d) and Rg1 control group. After finishing injections the spleen index was meas-ured, paraffin sections were then made to observe spleen microscopic structure.Senescence-associatedβ-Galactosi-dase( SA-β-Gal) stain was used to detect aging splenocytes. The proliferative capacity of splenocytes stimulated with Concanavalin A (ConA) was measured by CCK-8.The content of IL-2,IL-6 and advanced glycosylation end products(AGEs) was detected by ELISA.The level of ROS was analyzed by flow cytometry(FCM).Malondialde-hyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) were detected by enzymatic assay. The expression of senescence-associ-ated protein P53,P21 and RB were detected by Western blot analysis.Results_Comparing the Rg1 intervention group with the aging model group, spleen index, splenic white pulp area proportion, the proliferative capacity of splenocytes were significantly increased (P<0.05);The secretory capability of IL-2 and IL-6, the active content of SOD were obviously increased(P<0.01);The percentage of SA-β-Gal positive splenocytes, the productions of ROS and MDA were significantly decreased (P<0.01);The production of AGEs was decreased (P<0.05);The expressions of P53,P21 and Rb were also significantly down-regulated ( P<0.01) .Conclusions_Ginsenoside Rg1 relieves injure of the spleen in aging rats induced by D-galactose.It is suggested that the mechanism may be Rg1 in-hibiting oxidative stress and down-regulating P53-P21-RB signaling pathway.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the relationship between blood pressure variability and worsening functional outcomes of patients upon discharge from the hospitals. Methods The study cohort consisted of 404 patients who presented to Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University with ischemic stroke during March 2012-March 2013.Systolic BP and diastolic BP were measured for each patient from admission to the fifth day and coefficient of variation blood pressure calculated.Disability at discharge was measured by the modified Rankin score(mRs).Chi-square test,t-test and multivariate logistic regression analysis were performed. Results After adjustment for potential confounding factors including age, sex, activity, smoking, alcohol intake,BMI,heart rate, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, stroke history, lipid parameters, homocysteine and FPG,results from the multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that when DBP variability was greater than 9,it was associated with a significantly worse functional outcome at hospital discharge compared with those less than 9,with the odds ratio as 1.70(95%CI:1.02-2.84).When comparing the ones that DBP variability more than 10 with the ones less than 10,the odds ratio was 1.86 (95%CI:1.11-3.13).However,there was no significant association seen between SBP variability and the worse functional outcome at hospital discharge. Conclusion Blood pressure variability might be associated with ischemic stroke outcome at hospital discharge but needed more evidence to approve.
