RESUMO
O estudo visa discutir a reconfiguração do Serviço de Enfermagem do Hospital dos Marítimos, após a criação do INPS. O objeto do estudo é a reconfiguração do Serviço de Enfermagem do atual Hospital do Andaraí mediante a transição do Hospital dos Marítimos para INPS no período de 1966-1968. O marco inicial refere-se à unificação dos Institutos de Aposentadoria e Pensões e criação do INPS, marco final a incorporação do Hospital dos Marítimos pelo INPS. As questões que nortearam o presente estudo foram: Como ocorreu a incorporação do Hospital dos Marítimos ao INPS? Que estratégias o Serviço de Enfermagem adotou para atender as novas diretrizes da saúde? De que maneira as medidas implementadas pelo Serviço de Enfermagem correspondeu ao novo modelo de assistência? Que lutas foram desencadeadas pelas enfermeiras para garantir seu espaço na instituição? Para responder às questões, derivamos os objetivos a seguir: Descrever a transição do Hospital dos Marítimos para INPS; Analisar as estratégias de luta utilizadas pelas enfermeiras frente às mudanças ensejadas pela absorção do Hospital dos Marítimos pela Previdência Social (INPS); Discutir os efeitos destas estratégias na reconfiguração do espaço e na reclassificação das posições de comando dentro do hospital. O contexto do estudo abordou a Previdência Social no Brasil, o governo militar, unificação dos Iaps e criação do INPS e a enfermagem no contexto da saúde, na década de 60. O referencial teórico fundamenta-se nos conceitos do sociólogo francês Pierre Bourdieu: Poder Simbólico, Capital Simbólico, Violência Simbólica e Habitus...
The study aims the process of reconfiguration of the nursing service of the Hospital of the Marines after INPS implementation. The object of the study is the reconfiguration of the nursing service of the current Hospital of Andaraí by means of transitian af the Hospital of the Marines to INPS during the period of 1966-1968. The initial landmark refers to the unification of the codes of retirement and pensions and implementation of the INPS. The final landmark refers to the incorporation of the Hospital of the Marines to the INPS. The questions that had guided the present study were: How the incorporation of the Hospital of the Marines to the INPS occurred? Which strategies were adopted by the nurses to take care of the new lines of direction of health? How the measures implemented by the nursing service corresponded to the new model of assistance? Which disputes were unchained by the nurses to guarantee its importance in the institution? To answer to the questions, we derive the objectives to follow: Describe the transition of the Hospital of the Marines to INPS; Analyze the strategies of disputes used by the nurses in relation to the changes required to the absorption of the Hospital of the Marines for Previdência Social (INPS); Discuss the effect of these strategies in the reconfiguration of the importance of the nurses and the reclassification af the positions of command inside the hospital.
