RESUMO

Objective@#To understand the epidemiological characteristics and differences of HIV-positive cases among 15-24 years old in Jiaxing city and provide evidence for the development of targeted prevention and control measures.@*Methods@#A descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the data of HIV cases aged 15-24 reported in Jiaxing from 1999 to 2018.@*Results@#A total of 375 cases of young HIV were reported in 1999-2018, with an average age of 21.29±1.90 years, of which 42 were students. The ratio of male to female was 2.47∶1. The proportion of foreign household registration was higher (76%, 285 cases). The proportion of off-campus youth cases in total cases showed a downward trend(χ2=8.26, P=0.00), but the proportion of student cases showed an upward trend(χ2=15.73, P<0.01). Off-campus youth cases were mainly heterosexual transmission(59.16%, 197 cases), and the students’ cases were mainly homosexual transmission(88.10%, 37 cases). There were significant differences in gender, age, household registration, education level, route of transmission, late detection, CD4 level and source of detection among students and off-campus adolescents(P<0.05).@*Conclusion@#The prevalence of AIDS in adolescents and students is worthy of attention. The characteristics of adolescents inside and outside the school are different. Targeted prevention measures should be taken to reduce the harm of AIDS to young people.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the effects of negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) on survival of the blade-thickness free skin grafts. Methods Sixty-five patients with skin defects were divided into NPWT treatment group ( Group Ⅰ,n =35) and conventional treatment group ( Group Ⅱ,n =30) according to different postoperative fixation methods. The patients in Group Ⅰ were fixed with the aid of NPWT after blade-thickness free skin grafting, and the patients in Group Ⅱ were fixed with tie-over bolster dressing. Results The survival rate of the skin grafts of Group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that of Group Ⅱ at day5 postoperatively [ (80.59 ±10.30)% vs (71.46 ±10.68)%,P<0.05].The survival period for the skin grafts of Group Ⅰ was shorter than that of Group Ⅱ[ (5.34 ± 0.87) days vs ( 11.20 ± 1.65) days,P < 0.01].The duration of postoperative hospital stay of Group Ⅰ was obviously shorter than that of Group Ⅱ (P < 0.01 ).The cost of antibiotics of Group Ⅰ was less than that of Group Ⅱ [ ( 1 765.71 ± 164.39) RMB yuan vs (2 700.00 ±221.28) RMB yuan,P <0.01].The dressing frequency and cost of group Ⅰ were less than those of group Ⅱ [(3.11 ± 0.32) times,(249.14 ±25.82) RMB yuan vs (4.53 ±0.68) times,(362.67 ±54.52) RMB yuan,P<0.01]. Conclusions The application of NPWT to the postoperative period of skin grafting can promote the survival of the skin grafts, shorten the duration of hospitalization and reduce antibiotics use and dressing frequency.

RESUMO

Objective To discuss the significance of the retrograde urethrography in diagnosis and treatment of urethraltrauma. Methods 78 cases with urethraltrauma treated by the retrograde urethrography were retrospectively analyzed. Results The location and extent of urethral injury was determined according to the place and speed of contrast medium overflow and the diffuse range. Among 78 cases ,29 cases were bulbar urethral trauma and other 49 cases were membranous urethral trauma. Conclusion Retrograde urethrography is simple, practical and easy to operate for determining the injured part of urethra and the extent of damage of urethraltrauma, and was instructional for the choice of operation method and incision.
