Este escrito tentará trabalhar a pergunta sobre a questão escolar frente à suposição do determinismo biopolítico que a era do consumo nos impõe. Inquietude que nos convoca e nos leva como psicanalistas até o campo epistêmico interdisciplinar que configura infância e instituições, no qual podemos dizer que alí onde há sujeito falante o biopolítico se amassa, se transforma, se re-significa na mínima expressão possível, em ditos e fatos que temos denominado cerimônias mínimas (Minnicelli, 2008; 2013). Cerimônias mínimas nas e pelas quais os significantes naturalizados e atados à repetição incessante do eterno retorno do mesmo, possibilitam, ao mesmo tempo, mobilidade discursiva, quando se faz possível fazer desse dito, outros dizeres. Tarefa incansável do humano na medida em que interroga e interpela o enunciado a escola como instituição social está consumida. Enunciado que se consuma quando nos fazemos eco acrítico sem interrogar seus efeitos. Exporemos como se deve separar infância de escolas para deslocar ditos efeitos arrasadores. Veremos, assim, que se há uma noção cuja pregnância biopolítica podemos advertir qualquer que seja o sentido que dela adotemos, essa noção é a da infância.

Este escrito intentará trabajar la pregunta sobre la cuestión escolar ante la suposición de determinismo biopolítico que la "era del consumo" nos impone. Inquietud que nos convoca y nos lleva como psicoanalistas hacia el campo epistémico interdisciplinar que configura infancia e Instituciones en el cual podemos decir que allí donde hay sujeto hablante, lo biopolítico se amasa, se transforma, se resignifica en la mínima expresión posible, en dichos y hechos que hemos denominado ceremonias mínimas en y por las cuales, los significantes naturalizados y atados a la repetición incesante del eterno retorno de lo mismo, posibilitan a la vez movilidad discursiva, cuando se hace posible hacer de eso dicho, otros decires. Tarea incansable de lo humano en la medida que interroga e interpela el enunciado la escuela, como institución social, está consumida. Enunciado que se consuma cuando nos hacemos eco acrítico sin interrogar sus efectos. Expondremos cómo debemos separar infancia de escuela para dislocar dichos efectos arrasadores. Veremos así que si hay una noción cuya pregnancia biopolítica podemos advertir cualquiera sea el sentido que de ella adoptemos, esa noción es la de infancia.

This paper works the question about the school topic related to the supposition of the bio politic determinism that the "era of consumption" imposes us. Restlessness that summons and leads us as psychoanalysts to the disciplinary epistemic field that sets childhood and institutions where we can say that where there is a speaking subject, the bio politic is kneaded, is transformed, is signified in the possible minimum expression, sayings and facts that we have named minimal ceremonies in and by which, the signifiers naturalized and tied to the incessant repetition of the eternal return of the same, make possible at the same time discursive mobility, when it is possible to do of that said, other said. Untiring task of the human at the time that inquiries and interpellates the statement of the school, as social institution, is consumed. Statement that is consume when we do acritical echo without questioning the effects. We will expose how we must separate childhood from school to dislodge said sweeping effects. We will see that if there is a notion whose bio politic pregnancy we can notice whatever the meaning of it we adopt, that notion is childhood.

Cerimônias mínimas / Minimal ceremonies / Ceremonias mínimas

Nesse trabalho, a partir da perspectiva da Psicanálise e Educação, abordaremos as cerimônias mínimas como dispositivo aceito para a intervenção e a pesquisa clínico-social, operador metafórico que nos permite criar condições de possibilidade subjetivantes em diferentes cenários sociais, escolares, institucionais, comunitários.

In this paper, from the perspective of Psychoanalysis and Education, we will approach Minimal Ceremonies as a device suitable for clinico-social intervention and research, a metaphorical operator which allows us to create subjectificating conditions of possibility in different social, educational, institutional and community settings.

En este trabajo, desde la perspectiva de Psicoanálisis y Educación, abordaremos a las ceremonias mínimas como dispositivo apto para la intervención y la investigación clínico-social, operador metafórico que nos permite crear condiciones de posibilidad subjetivantes en diferentes escenarios sociales, escolares, institucionales, comunitarios.

Infancia, significante en falta de significación / Infância, significante em falta de significação / Childhood, a signifier lacking significations

Considerar o termo "infância" como um "significante sempre em falta de significação" permite-nos uma rede argumentativa sustentada no discurso psicanalítico, segundo a perspectiva de Giorgio Agamben, que coloca a infância em relação à linguagem. Ponto de partida para fazer a seguinte tese: A infância - como significante - é, para a linguagem, o que o desejo é para a lei. Infância foi, é e será um significante sempre em falta de significação, instituindo-se pela linguagem e no campo da linguagem. O estatuto da legalidade subjetiva deve distinguir-se do código jurídico para poder colocar a tensão possível entre um e outro. É preciso esclarecer o sentido que damos ao termo instituição, distinguindo-o do sentido jurídico que ele recebeu e ainda conserva, propondo recuperar seu valor em termos de escritura da lei na constituição subjetiva, marco epistêmico que nos brinda a psicanálise.

Considering the term "childhood" as a "signifier always lacking signification" enables us to establish an argumentative network supported by the psychoanalytical discourse. According to Giorgio Agamben, childhood is related to language, and this is the starting point for the following thesis: childhood - as a signifier - stands for language as desire stands for law. It was, is and will be a signifier always in lack of signification, establishing itself by language and in the field of language. The statute of the subjective legality must be distinguished from the judicial code enabling the enactment of a possible tension between them. The meaning given to the term institution must be cleared up: it should be distinguished from the legal sense it has been given and still retains, proposing a retrieval of its value in terms of the writing of law as subjective constitution, an epistemic landmark raised by psychoanalysis.

Psicanálise, infância e legalidade / Psychoanalysis, infancy and legality / Psicoanálisis, infancia y legalidad

Neste artigo apresentaremos uma introdução à análise teórica-clínica-institucional que une os termos infância e legalidade a partir da perspectiva psicanalítica. Analisaremos como se estabelecem as bases para a sustentação intergeracional da instituição da infância – como metáfora do sujeito – por meio de quatro eixos de análise da questão, que nos permitem chegar à hipótese Infância em Estado de Exceção.

In this paper we present an introduction to the theoretical analysis-clinical-institutional that ties the terms childhood and legality from the perspective of the psychoanalysis. This essay aims at analyzing how the bases are tunneled for the intergenerational support of childhood institution – as long as metaphor of the subject – through the four axes of analysis of the question that allow us to arrive to the hypothesis Childhood in State of Exception.

Infâncias públicas. Não é justo é o título do livro que publicaremos em breve e no qual exporemos o desenvolvimento de uma investigação psicanalítica que não seguiu os caminhos habituais. O discurso da "menoridade" é analisado como a outra face da Infância Moderna.
