RESUMO
Three children with vascular ring malformation were seen at the King Fahad Heart Center, Jeddah, between 1981 and 1989, out of a total of 1,500 children with congenital cardiac anomalies, representing an incidence rate of 0.2%. All three patients had a history of respiratory stridor and feeding difficulties since birth. One of the three patients had a double aortic arch, and the other two patients had an aberrant right subclavian artery. We present the surgical management and the outcome in these patients with this rare vascular anomaly
