Neurilemmoma of the cervical vagus nerve

A patient with neurilemmoma arising from the crevical vagus nerve is described and management discussed, as tumors originating from this site are seen very infrequently. The recommended treatment for this tumor is complete surgical excision while preserving the nerve and nerve grafting whenever necessary
