[Surgery operation of congenital eyelids ptosis]

This retrospective study concerns 12 patients with congenital eyelids ptosis [bilateral in four cases]. Ten lids were treated by levator resection. In the other cases where levator was functionally and anatomically inappropriate, the authors used frontalis suspension with silicone sling. Good results were obtained in 12 cases
