Non-syndromic taurodontism

Taurodontism is characterized by teeth with enlarged and elongated pulp chambers and apical displacement of the bifurcation or trifurcation of roots. This anomaly occurs either as an isolated, singular trait or in association with syndromes and with some ectodermal anomalies. This article describes taurodontism in two cases.
