Intervenção fonológica em escolares de risco para dislexia: revisão de literatura / Phonologic intervention in school kids on risk of dyslexia: Literature review

A meta do presente estudo foi, por meio de uma revisão de literatura, sistematizar pesquisas já realizadas sobre a contribuição de instruções fônicas na capacidade em desenvolver a consciência fonológica por intermédio do trabalho interventivo, auxiliando na aquisição das habilidades necessárias para o aprendizado da leitura e escrita em escolares de risco para dislexia. Empregou-se a pesquisa literária pela análise de artigos publicados em revistas científicas com referência à temática de intervenção fonológica em escolares de risco para dislexia. Os resultados dos estudos demonstraram que o treino de instrução fônica dá suporte ao desenvolvimento da leitura e escrita em crianças de risco para dislexia.

The goal of the present study was to systematize, by a literature review, researches previously done about the contribution of phonic instructions in the capacity of developing the phonologic consciousness by interventional work, assisting the acquirement of necessary skills to learn lecture and writing in school kids on risk of dyslexia. The literature review consisted in analyzing articles that were published in scientific journals, which referred to the thematics of phonologic intervention in school kids on risk of dyslexia. The results of the study inferred that the phonic instruction training gives support to the development of lecture and writing in kids on risk of dyslexia.

Instrução fônica como intervenção no processo da leitura e escrita em estudantes com deficiência intelectual / Phonics instruction as intervention in the process of reading and writing in students with intellectual disability

A meta do presente estudo foi, por meio de uma revisão de literatura, sistematizar pesquisas já realizadas sobre a contribuição de instruções fônicas na capacidade em desenvolver a leitura e escrita em estudantes com deficiência intelectual. Empregou-se a pesquisa literária por meio da análise de artigos publicados em revistas científicas tanto nacionais quanto internacionais com referência à temática de intervenção fonológica no processo de leitura em deficientes intelectuais. Os resultados dos estudos demonstraram que o treino de instrução fônica dá suporte ao desenvolvimento da leitura em crianças com deficiência intelectual de diferentes etiologias.

The goal of this study was, through a literature review, systematize previous studies on the contribution of phonic instructions on the ability to develop reading in students with intellectual disabilities. Literary research was employed by the analysis of articles published in scientific journals both national and international with reference to phonological intervention theme in the reading process intellectually disabilities. The results of the studies have shown that phonics instruction training supports the development of reading in children with intellectual disabilities of different etiologies.

Triagem diagnóstica no processo de avaliação neuropsicológica interdisciplinar / Diagnosis screening in the interdisciplinary neuropsychological assessment process

O presente artigo apresenta o modelo de triagem diagnóstica interdisciplinar de um núcleo assistencial neuropsicológico infantil. O modelo de triagem está fundamentado numa perspectiva bio-psico-social, que consiste na entrevista inicial com as crianças em grupo realizado uma equipe interdisciplinar. O modelo se justifica pelo fato de que essa percepção inicial do neuropsicólogo, através do modelo tradicional, é demorado, caro, e às vezes ineficiente para determinados pacientes neurológicos. A proposta de que possa direcionar o processo, gerando um ponto de partida para a avaliação neuropsicológica da criança. A implementação deste procedimento em serviços ambulatoriais propicia benefícios amplos que envolvem não só a redução de custos, como também a humanização do atendimento ao paciente.

This article aims at presenting a model of interdisciplinary diagnosis screening in a child care neuropsychological group. The biopsychosocial perspective is the base of the diagnosis screening, which consists of an initial interview with the children in groups carried by an interdisciplinary staff. The model is justified for the fact that this initial perception of the neuropsychologist, through the traditional model, is time-consuming, costly and, inefficient for most neurology patients. The proposal is that this can direct the assessment, generating a starting point for the neuropsychology evaluation. Considering the patient's decrease of emotional loses, the integrated diagnosis, and the financial aspect, we conclude that the implementation of this procedure in clinic services promotes benefits which involve not only the reduction of costs, but also the humanization of the patient's care.
