RESUMO
En su constante interacción el ciudadano vive inmerso en un conjunto de relaciones con otros hombres llamadas relaciones sociales. Estas relaciones van conformando determinados rasgos de su personalidad mediante los cuales expresa los valores que los objetivos y las personas tienen para él. En el estudiante hay que formar, además del desarrollo y la instrucción, los valores y sentimientos propios del hombre como ser social. El joven tiene que apropiarse de determinados valores como parte de su preparación y, de lograrse esto, se considera educado. La Enfermería como profesión que aglutina a una parte importante de los jovenes cubanos se ocupa de perfeccionar su actuación. Por tal motivo se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica sobre el tema valores y se propone una guía metodológica para la confección de un plan de trabajo educativo sustentado en los supuestos teóricos hallados en la búsqueda. La aspiración es que desde el primer año de la formación de los estudiantes de enfermería, el equipo docente comience a trabajar para lograr, desde el escenario docente, la excelencia en los servicios de salud(AU)
In their constant interaction the citizen inmerso lives in a group of relationships with other men called social relationships. These relationships go conforming certain features of their personality by means of those which expressed the values that the objectives and people have for him. In the student it is necessary to form, besides the development and the instruction, the values and feelings characteristic of the man like social being. The youth has to appropriate of certain values like part of her preparation and, of being achieved this, you/he/she is considered educated. The Infirmary like profession that he/she agglutinates to an important part of the Cuban youths are in charge of of perfecting their performance. For such a reason he/she was carried out a bibliographical search on the topic values and he/she intends a methodological guide for the making of a plan of educational work sustained in the theoretical suppositions found in the search. The aspiration is that from the first year of the formation of the infirmary students, the educational team begins to work to achieve, from the educational scenario, the excellence in the services of health(AU)
