RESUMO

Long-term clinical practice shows that Mongolian medicine not only has a unique effect on frequently-occurring and common diseases, but also has particularly remarkable effects on difficult diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, cancer, etc. Molecular imaging technology, which based on imaging technology, displays special molecules on the tissue, cell, and subcellular level. By reflecting the changes on molecular level in vivo, lesions can be located, quantitatively and qualitatively imaged and analyzed. Non-invasive imaging in vivo is the most significant feature of molecular imaging technology. In the research of Mongolian medicine treatment, molecular imaging technology can present the characteristics of the lesions before and after treatment in vivo and in real time, dynamically evaluate the effect of drug treatment, and provide new ideas for exploring the efficacy of Mongolian medicine and developing new drugs.

RESUMO

Objective:To study the relationship between CYP4F2 gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease (CHD) in Mongolia patients ,and investigate clinical characteristics of these patients . Methods:All subjects received questionnaire . Gene amplification and genotyping were performed in 234 Mongolian CHD patients (CHD group) and 221 non-CHD pa‐tients (normal control group) using high temperature ligase detection reaction technique .The relationship between Mongo‐lian CHD and CYP4F2 gene polymorphisms of two single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) sites (rs1558139 ,rs2108622) was analyzed .Results:Compared with normal control group ,there were significant rise in percentages of male (41.18% vs . 67.95% ) ,smoking history (32.13% vs .41.88% ) ,body mass index [BMI ,(21.66 ± 4.53 ) kg/m2 vs .(25.34 ± 5.37 ) kg/m2 ] and triglyceride level [ (1.66 ± 0.90) mmol/L vs .(1.92 ± 1.38) mmol/L] ,and significant reduction in level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol [ (1.18 ± 0.28) mmol/L vs .(1.07 ± 0.29) mmol/L] in CHD group , P<0.05 or <0.01.There were no significant difference in genotype and allele frequencies of rs 1558139 and rs2108622 between two groups . Conclusion:Clinical characteristics of Mongolian CHD patients include high male percentage ,smoking history ,high body mass index and high triglyceride level .CYP4F2 gene polymorphisms of rs1558139 and rs2108622 are not related to coronary heart disease in Mongolian patients .

RESUMO

Objective:To explore role of sodium/chloride transporter member 3 (SLC12A3 ) gene haplotype mutation on Mongolians with essential hypertension (EH) .Methods:A total of 170 EH Mongolians (EH group) and 220 normotensive Mongolians (normotensive group) specimens were collected from Xilin Gol league .Mononucleotide sites (tagSNP) were se-lected using Haploview software ,genotypes were divided using real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and SHESIS on-line analysis software was used to establish haplotype .Results:(1) Body mass index (BMI) ,blood lipids (except high den-sity lipoprotein cholesterol ) and blood pressure of EH group were significantly higher than those of normotensive group , P 0.8) in three polymorphic sites (rs2289009 ,rs13306673 and rs7204044 ) .These three polymorphic sites constituted four frequent haplotypes with frequency >3% in total ,and frequen-cy of haplotype GCA in EH group was significantly lower than that of normotensive group (9.4% vs .16.6% ) ,OR=0.52 ,95% CI 0.33~0.84. Conclusion:There is relationship between GCA haplotype of SLC12A3 and hypertension in Mongolians ,individuals with GCA haplotype have a lower risk of hypertension .

RESUMO

Objective To study the results comparability of two kinds of different chemiluminescence systems(Antu chemilumi-nescence analyzer ADC CLIA 400 and Siemens centaur xp)in the detection of tumor markers. Methods The tumor markers were detected in 50 specimens by using the Antu chemiluminescence analyzer ADC CLIA 400 and the Siemens centaur xp chemilumines-cence analyzer respectively. Then the results were analyzed and compared. Results The quantitative analysis results on the serum specimens showed that there was no significant difference in the detection results between the two kinds of detection system(P >0.05).The correlation coefficients of 5 test items between the two kinds of detection system were more than 0.836,suggesting a good correlation between the two kinds of method. The accuracy and repeatability of the Siemens centaur xp chemiluminescence ana-lyzer were higher than those of the Antu chemiluminescence analyzer ADC CLIA 400 in detecting the tumor markers. Conclusion The Siemens centaur xp chemiluminescence analyzer is better than the Antu chemiluminescence analyzer ADC CLIA 400 in detec-ting the tumor immune markers.
