RESUMO

Objective To investigate the effect of fractionated radiotherapy on the immune system of mice with subcutaneously transplanted hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Logarithmic growth of mouse hepatocellular carcinoma cells Hepa 1-6 were inoculated subcutaneously on the right side of C57BL/6 J mice (1×107 cells/mice).The tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into control group (Ctrl) and irradiation group (IR),20 mice in each group.Additionally,10 healthy mice were set as normal control group.Local fractionated X-ray irradiation of 8 Gy×3 fraction was given to the subcutaneous tumors, and the dose rate was 0.883 Gy/min.At 7 and 14 d after irradiation, the tumor organ index, spleen organ index, spleen pathological changes, and splenic T lymphocyte subsets,B lymphocyte subsets, and NK cells were detected. Results Compared with Ctrl,at 7 and 14 d after irradiation, the tumor organ index decreased (t =4.649,26.34,P<0.05),and the percentage of NK cells increased significantly (t =3.952,3.633,P<0.05).The percentages of CD3+,CD4+,CD3+CD4+ lymphocytes and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ lymphocyte decreased at 7 d after irradiation (t=3.193,3.656,3.219,2.641,P<0.05),and the percentage of CD3+lymphocyte decreased at 14 d after irradiation (t =3.031,P<0.05).But after irradiation, there were no significant changes in spleen organ index,B lymphocyte,CD3 + CD4+ lymphocyte and CD8 + lymphocyte. Conclusions Local hepatoma radiotherapy causes imbalance of lymphocytes in distal spleen of mice and hence reduces immunity, which provides a novel mechanism of radiological immunity damage.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle (QCC) in reducing the health examination report errors. Methods QCC was founded, activity themes were selected, activity schedule was planned, the reasons of health examination report errors were analyzed, goal setting, countermeasures were planned and implemented jointly by circle members. Totally 11 738 reports of health checkup were selected and analyzed the errors were analyzed during the activity, 6 892 were male, 4 846 were female, their average age was(38.01 ± 11.31)years, 5 000 reports were made before improvement, 5 120 reports during improvement, 1 618 reports after improvement and compared the report error rates were compared. Evaluation of QCC activity results and tracking effect were evaluated. Results Error rate of health checkup report from 17.80‰ decreased to 7.23‰ during improvement, dropped to 2.48‰ after improvement. The rate of standard was 141.9%, progress rate was 86.1%. Tracking results for 8 months, error rate remained below the target value of 3.40‰although error rate roise to 5.25‰in August 2016, the effect was good. The additional benefit, working efficiency of the doctors was improved; Average time for each written report was reduced to 4 minutes from 5 minutes;Saved about 1 hours per person a day to review the accuracy of the report and learning; Formed“communication model between clinical departments”;Established the error registration system for the report has been distributed;Similar error of ECG department has been avoided. Conclusions Application of QCC not only reduced the error rate of the health checkup report, but also ensured quality, objective, and accurate physical examination report; activities not merely help to improve the work efficiency of physician, team's mutual cooperation, and is beneficial to optimize the system of medical institution and avoid the error.

RESUMO

Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for content determination of oleanolic acid in Stauntonia obovatifoliola Hayata subsp.urophylla.Methods The RP-HPLC with LiChrospher C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm) was used, acetonitrile-methonal-water-acetic acid-triethylamine (65:12:23:0.04:0.02) was used as mobile phase, with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength at 210 nm and column temperature at 30℃.Results Oleanolic acid showed good linearity (r=0.999 9) in the range of 0.012 36-0.247 2μg;regressive equation wasY=5.13 × 105X - 6.11 × 102;the average recovery was 97.47%;RSD was 2.35% (n=6).Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable, which can be used to determine the content of oleanolic acid in Stauntonia obovatifoliola Hayata subsp.urophylla.
