RESUMO

Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of lung function monitoring in children with cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods:From January 2017 to December 2017, 200 children with chronic cough were enrolled in the pediatric clinic of the First People's Hospital of Taizhou in order of visiting doctors.And 100 children diagnosed as CVA were selected as observation group, 100 children diagnosed as post infection cough(PIC) were selected as control group.All the children were monitored for pulmonary ventilation function and pulmonary function index.Relevant indicators of ventilation and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups, including respiratory system resistance(Z 5), total respiratory tract viscous resistance(R 5), central airway viscous resistance(R 20), peripheral airway viscous resistance(R5-R 20, reflecting small airway resistance), peripheral airway elastic resistance(X 5, reflecting peripheral airway compliance), resonance frequency(Fres), 1 s forced expiratory volume(FEV 1), forced vital capacity(FVC) and FEV 1/FVC. Results:In the observation group: obstructive or mixed ventilation disorder, 57.0%(57/100) of children with bronchial diastolic test(+ ). In the control group: airway hyperresponsiveness existed in all children, 14.0%(14/100) children had obstructive ventilation disorder and bronchial dilation test(+ ). Compared with the control group, the FEV 1 and FVC in the observation group were significantly lower ( t=5.160, 16.678, all P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in FEV 1/FVC ( t=2.743, P>0.05). In the observation group, Z 5, R 5, R 20, R 5: R 20 and Fres were significantly higher than those in the control group( t=5.270, 2.143, 3.271, 13.558, 7.774, all P<0.05). Conclusion:Early etiological diagnosis and differential diagnosis of chronic cough can be made by lung ventilation and lung function monitoring.

RESUMO

To study the chemical constituents from the stems and leaves of Isodon eriocalyx. Methods The chemical constituent of I. eriocalyx was separated and purified by chromatographic methods and structurally elucidated by physicochemical characteristics and spectral data. Results One new compound was isolated from the stems and leaves of I. eriocalyx, and it was identified as 15β-acetoxy-1α-hydroxy-7α,20-epoxy-ent-kaur-16-en-6-one (1). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new ent-kaurane diterpenoid named as eriocalyxin H.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the effect of ambroxol atomization inhalation combined with erythromycin on neonatal pneumonia patients and its influence on high sensitivity C reactive protein( hs-CRP) ,myocardial enzyme level. Methods 100 cases of neonatal pneumonia were selected and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the digital table,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with erythromycin 30mg/kg, 1 time/d. The observation group was given ambroxol ultrasonic nebulizer inhalation, 15 minutes per time,3 times daily,on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The patients were treated for 4 consecutive weeks. The clinical symptoms disappeared time, hs -CRP level, CK -MB level and clinical efficacy were detected and compared. Results Compared with before treatment, the hs - CRP and CK - MB levels were decreased after treatment. Compared with the control group,the hs - CRP[(7. 25 ± 2. 11) mg/L vs. (12. 21 ± 3. 76)mg/L] and CK-MB[(21. 31 ± 4. 42) U/L vs. (27. 12 ± 3. 17) U/L] levels in the observation group were lower(t=8. 134,7. 553,all P<0. 05),the clinical symptoms disappeared in a relatively shorter time(t= 6. 520, 11. 824,19. 473,all P <0. 05),the clinical curative effect was better. Conclusion Ambroxol aerosol inhalation combined with erythromycin can reduce hs-CRP,CK-MB levels in neonatal pneumonia patients,and the clinical symptoms of the patients disappeared in a relatively short time, the clinical curative effect is better, has guiding significance in clinic.
