RESUMO
The types and the reasons of changing the original test result after retesting in national medical device sampling and testing from 2013 to 2016, are summarized and analyzed. Firstly, collecting data of "standards not complied" and retesting. Then, giving specific examples when summarizing five types of changing the original test result after retesting. Meanwhile, analyzing the relevant reasons, discovering the deep problems. Finally, giving suggestions for the above problems.

The data analysis of food supervision needs to reflect the integration of food safety and possible trend based on the fun-damental test data of stressed foods and their products. With the assessment and analysis on potential resources of hazard elements, the integrate management support of food safety could be achieved. The data management could be organized and evaluated through plan, collection, treatment and display, which might be assisted to establish data-link with process mining to enforce the prospect of food safety background and trend and to provide the support of food safety management.

Objective:To establish an HPLC method to determine vanillin in 18 dairy products. Methods:The samples were sep-arated on a C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase of methanol and water (35∶65) at the flow rate of 1. 0 ml ·min-1 . The detection wavelength was 275 nm. Results:The LOD ( limit of detection) of vanillin was 0. 45 μg·ml-1 . Excellent linearity was obtained within the concentration range of 1.990-99.500 μg·ml-1(r=1.000 0). The average recovery of vanillin in different dairy products with low, medium and high levels varied between 96. 26% and 100. 81% with RSD of 0. 15%-2. 22%. Con-clusion:The method is simple and reproducible, which can be applied in the rapid analysis of vanillin in dairy products.

Objective To study the etiological effect between the spatial variation of lumbar facet orientation and the degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis(DLS)in axial,sagittal and coronal plane.Methods 85 patients with DLS at L4 and 110 controlsreceived X-ray and CT scanning.The facet angle at L4-L5 was measured in axial,sagittal and coronal plane.Results Compared with the control group, the DLS-angles were lesser and the difference between the left and right was greater in axial,coronal plane(P <0.05).But were greater in sagittal plane(P <0.05).Conclusion The DLS-angles are more sagittal in axial plane,more level in sagittal plane and more erect in coronal plane.The change of spatial orientation in the facet joint is one of etiological factors of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.

OBJECTIVE:To study the status quo and the development tendency of the application of antidepressants in hospitals of Zigong.METHODS:The data concerning the application of antidepressants in5municipal hospitals of Zigong city during the period of2000～2004were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:The sales sum of antidepressants increased by477%in2004as compared with2000,in which the sales sum of the new type antidepressants rose to84.02%in2004from40.53%in2000.CONCLUSION:The new type antidepressants have become the first choice of treating depression in hospitals of Zigong.
