Phytochemical studies on the plants in Incarvillea Juss. have disclosed the presence of monoterpene alkaloids, cyclohexyl-ethanol, iridoids, phenylpropanoid, etc. Pharmacological activities include analgesic, anti-oxidant, and anti-inflammatory activities. In this review, the chemical constituents and their biological activities of medicinal plants from Incarvillea Juss. are comprehensively discussed.
