RESUMO

Objective To compare the difference in dose of general anesthesia between pastoral patients and urban pa-tients.Methods The patients who performed abdominal surgery under general anesthesia in Peoples hospital of Bortala Mongo-lian Autonomous Prefecture from January 1st to April 30th 2022 were included and divided into pastoral patient group and ur-ban patient group according to the residential place of patients.Anesthesia and surgery were carried out according to hospital regulations. The general characteristics of all patients were recorded and the dosages of general anesthesia drugs were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in general and intraoperative con-ditions.Patients'performances were stable, and no severe adveres reaction was observed. The dosages of Propofol,Remifen and Rocuronium in pastoral patients were higher than that in urban patients(all P<0.05).Conclusion The dosage of general anes-thesia for patients in pastoral areas is higher, which ensures the stability of anesthesia depth and vital signs of patients, creates good conditions for surgery and promotes rapid recovery of patients.

RESUMO

Objective:To observe the effects of Shexiang Wulong pill on serum interleukin-1 (IL-1), transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β1), matrix metalloproteinase-3 (MMP3), matrix tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase 1(TIMP-1) in patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) expression. Methods:Using prospective cohort study method, the subjects were KOA patients from Department of Rheumatology and Immunology clinic of North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital from March 2016 to June 2018.According to random number table The patients were divided into two groups: the treatment group (treated with shexiangwulong pill) with 46 cases and the control group (Kanggu Zengsheng tablet) with 46 cases. The treatment group was treated with Shexiang Wulong pill, 30 capsules per time, twice a day; the control group was treated with Kanggu Zengsheng tablet, four tablets per time, twice a day.The treatment period was 8 weeks. The levels of IL-1, TGF-β1, MMP3 and TIMP-1 in the serum of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the differences of relevant indexes between the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:Forty-six cases were completed in the treatment group and 44 cases were completed in the control group. After treatment with Shexiang Wulong pill and Kanggu Zengsheng tablet, the levels of IL-1 were (30.99±2.80) μg/L, (32.90±2.84) μg/L in the treatment group and the control group, resectively( t=3.21, P<0.001). There was no significant difference of TGF-β1 levels between the treatment group((214.87±17.30) μg/L) and the control group ((208.85±15.53) μg/L, ( t=1.73, P=0.08). The levels of TIMP-1 were (139.60±6.79) μg/L, (135.09±6.16) μg/L in the treatment group and the control group, resectively( t=3.29, P<0.001). The levels of MMP3 were (1.19±0.10) μg/L, (1.23±0.06) μg/L in the treatment group and the control group, resectively ( t=2.28, P=0.03). The rate of TIMP1/MMP3 were 111.04±8.81, 118.46±12.06 in the treatment group and the control group, resectively( t=3.34, P<0.001). Conclusion:Shexiang Wulong pill can decrease the levels of IL-1 and MMP-3, and increase the levels of TGF-β1, TIMP-1, and the rate of TIMP1/MMP3, so as to protect the articular cartilage and improve the knee joint function in patients with KOA.

RESUMO

Objective To detect the HPLC-UV fingerprints of Cimicifugae Rhizoma. Methods The column of Waters XBridge? Shield RP18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and a mixture of 0.05% phosphoric acid water solution -acetonitrile as the mobile phase was at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, the column temperature was 30 and℃the ahsorhance was monitored at 320 nm, the injection volume was 20 μl. The fingerprints of Cimicifugae Rhizoma were analyzed, and the similarity analysis was used to evaluate the quality of Cimicifugae Rhizoma in different areas. Results To establish a method of HPLC-UV fingerprint of Cimicifugae Rhizoma, and eleven common peaks were identified of cimifugin, caffeic acid, isoferulic acid peaks. The similarity of the fingerprints of 12 batches of Cimicifugae Rhizoma in four producing areas was above 0.88. The precision, repeatability and stability of the method were good. Conclusions The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which provides the basis for scientific evaluation of the quality control of Cimicifugae Rhizoma.

RESUMO

Objective To examine the effect of positive and negative evaluative conditioning (EC) on neutral faces. Methods The experiment consisted of three phases:baseline phase, conditioning phase, and re-evaluative phase,in which 41 college students participated, watching sequences of neutral faces (CS) pairing to either a positive stimulus (USpos) or a negative stimulus (USneg).Their emotional experiences (valence and arousal) and physiological reactivity (eyeblink startle reflex and skin conductance) were recor ded. Results (1) In the re-evaluative phase,CSpos was rated significantly more positive than CSneg and CSneut, while CSneg was rated significantly more negative than CSneut (CSpos (5.05± 1.24),CSneg (3.73± 1.48),CSneut (4.46± 1.04),P<0.05).(2)In the re-evaluative phase, the mean startle eyeblink response magnitude(T score) to CSpos was significantly smaller than the responses elicited by CSneg and CSneut (CSpos (45.04±5.56),CSneg (51.44±9.30),CSneut (54.52± 10.60),P<0.01).Conclusion The findings suggest that neutral faces can acquire valences and approach motivation through EC.

RESUMO

Liposomal Brucine (LB) with high encapsulation efficiency (72%) and small particle diameter (mean particle diameter, 54 nm) was prepared by ethanol-dripping method. The safety and pharmacodynamic action of LB, a new transdermal preparation, were investigated in details with the use of white rabbits, guinea-pigs and mice, respectively. The tests revealed that LB had no acute toxicity to integral and broken skin, and had no allergic effects on skin. In writhing test, the analgesic effect of LB was higher than that of free brucine. The anti-inflammatory activity of LB was significantly higher than that of free brucine (P<0.01). Meanwhile, LB exhibited a better dose-response manner and a longer duration of analgesic effects. In conclusion, LB could reduce the toxicity of brucine, enhance the analgesic and antiinflammatory effects of brucine, and achieve its sustained-release.
