RESUMO

The transformation of medical models requires higher humanistic quality of medical students. National traditional sports contain rich humanistic connotations, advocating the idea of "harmony between man and nature", which demands a high sense of teamwork, including the spiritual pursuit of hard work and hardship, and a high degree of fit with medical humanities. The important way to improve the humanistic quality of medical students is giving full play to the function and value of humanistic education of traditional sports, and improve the ability of traditional sports teaching staff to cultivate medical students' humanistic quality. It is an important way to improve the humanistic quality of medical students by integrat-ing the humanistic spirit of medicine into the teaching practice of traditional national sports, so as to make students perceive the humanistic quality of medicine in traditional national sports competitions.

RESUMO

Taking Xiamen Medical College's combination of P.E.and medicine as an example,we aimed to investigate the students' needs by means of questionnaire,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and other empirical research methods.In the course of the reform started with the adjustments in the following three aspects,physical education course,the number of classes offered,and the faculty.The results showed that students' interests in learning were generally increased.Among the students,86% were interested in the yoga class,and 77% in the Health Qigong class.53.33% and 26.67% of the students believed that the yoga class is quite or relatively rewarding respectively,10.00%% and 46.67% held that the Health Qigong class is quite or relatively rewarding respectively,suggesting that the combination of P.E.and medicine in medical colleges and universities can stimulate students' interests in learning and further facilitate the students' lifelong physical education.Moreover,there is no need to introduce additional professional teachers,which is not restricted by the original teachers.The majority of students' feedback on teaching is excellent,but there are also some deficiencies in the course contents,which need to be further improved.

There are many problems in the humanistic education of medical students, such as the decoupling of teaching content and clinical practice, the irrational structure of teachers and the shortage of teaching hours, which leads to a great gap between teaching effect and expectation. Through the combina-tion of humanistic education and clinical practice of medical students and through the optimization of cur-riculum, teaching materials and teaching methods, as well as teachers' structure, we have established and improved the relevant security system, and gradually improved the medical school docking system, the humanistic quality assessment system for medical students and three-dimensional evaluation mechanism of hospital teaching teachers,and constantly raise the level of humanistic quality of medical students.

RESUMO

It is unable to cultivate students' ability of application and innovation by the traditional teaching form in pharmaceutics for the pharmaceutics is fragmented and intersective with other disciplines. This paper analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of traditional teaching methods of pharmaceutics. The flipped classroom is applied to pharmaceutics teaching with SPOC, world coffee and hacker. The results shows that the flipped classroom can effectively improve the motivation and learning efficiency of students, especially improve their self-study and innovation ability. It can realize the diversity of teaching evaluation.
