Los grupos, ¿una alternativa para la salud mental? / The groups, an alternative for mental health?

Si vivimos en un momento histórico particular, ¿qué significa hablar de salud mental en dicho lapso de tiempo?, ¿de qué salud mental se habla?, ¿acaso equivale al concepto de salud mental postulado desde el discurso médico o, en su defecto en las ciencias sociales éste se ha transformado?

If we live in a particular historical moment, what does it mean to talk about mental health in that period of time? What mental health is being talked about ?, does it mean the concept of mental health postulated from the medical discourse or, failing that in social sciences has this been transformed?
