New technique in orchiectomy for endocrine control of advanced prostatic carcinoma

6 cases with advanced prostatic carcinoma were subjected to orchiectomy using an invented modified technique. The results of the technique are promising clinically and cosmetically, with an ultimate psychologic result that obviates the need of use of testicuar prosthesis and with negligible complications
