RESUMO
Este artículo presenta una reflexión desde el marco teórico y empírico sobre el maltrato infantil como un problema bioético. Se plantea la situación teniendo en cuenta la evolución del concepto del niño de objeto de derecho a sujeto de derechos. Con base a una experiencia de investigación se analizan diferentes principios relativos a la bioética en el contexto del maltrato infantil y se proponen alternativas de solución desde esta perspectiva.
This article presents a reflection from the theoretical and empirical literature on child abuse as a bioethical problem. This raises the situation taking into account the evolution of the concept of the child object to subject rights law. Based on research experience are discussed principles with bioethics in the context of child abuse and propose alternative solutions from this perspective.
