RESUMO
Se realizó una encuesta anónima al 30 (por ciento) del personal de enfermería del municipio Trinidad entre los meses de febrero a junio del 2001 para explorar el grado de conocimiento sobre bioética. Se revisaron 50 Procesos de Atención de Enfermería para evaluar en que medida se aplican estas conocimientos en la realización de dicho proceso. Se utilizó el método descriptivo. Los resultados mostraron de forma general dificultades en los conocimientos teóricos, sin embargo en la evaluación de la aplicación práctica de los principios de bioética en las etapas del Proceso de Atención de Enfermería, se destacaron mayoritariamente, las calificaciones correctas. Estos resultados reafirmaron la necesidad de impartir cursos sistemáticos de bioética al personal de enfermería para garantizar una mayor y más humana atención a las pacientes y sus familiares(AU)
He/she was carried out an anonymous survey at the 30 (percent) of the personnel of infirmary of the municipality Trinidad among the months of February to June of the 2001 to explore the degree of knowledge has more than enough bioética. 50 Processes of Attention of Infirmary were revised to evaluate in that measured these knowledge are applied in the realization of this process. The descriptive method was used. The results showed in way general difficulties in the theoretical knowledge, however in the evaluation of the practical application of the bioética principles in the stages of the Process of Attention of Infirmary, they stood out for the most part, the correct qualifications. These results reaffirmed the necessity to impart systematic courses of bioética to the infirmary personnel to guarantee a bigger and more human attention to the patients and their relatives(AU)
