Osteogenesis imperfecta [OI] as an inherited connective tissue disorder can affect all tissues that contains type I collagen. Well-known cardiac complications of this disease such as aortic root dilatation, aortic regurgitation and mitral valve prolapse have been rarely reported in the literature.
