RESUMO
Primary malignant fibrous histiocytoma of bone is rare; causing problems of differential diagnosis with osteosarcoma or fibrosarcoma of bone. The total absence of osteoid tissue and the presence of two tumoral components fibroblastic and histiocytic, constitute the basis of the diagnosis. The treatment is, before all surgical, completed by chemotherapy. We report a case occured to a young girl treated in Algeria and in the salah Azaiz Institute and the Ksar said orthopedic center of Tunis
