RESUMO

Nowadays hydrated disease of internal viscera is by no means a rare finding in Medical practice in Iran. Although this disease has had a decline trend in comparison with decades ago, it is still a disease which comes into consideration in differential diagnosis of the liver, lung, adrenal, peritoneal masses, etc. affected patients usually present with signs and symptoms related to the involved organ and sometimes they are discovered on Laparotomy-Central nervous system is occasionally the host of this uninvited guest and exhibits symptoms of a space-occupying lesion. Head and neck excluding CNS is rarely involved by hydrated cyst. We report a case of hydrated cyst in the submandibular region which was discovered at operation
