RESUMO
O estabelecimento e o manejo da questão dos honorários em psicoterapia de orientação psicanalítica são elementos importantes do processo terapêutico, e a discussão apropriada sobre esse tema pode ter repercussões tanto para o paciente quanto para o terapeuta. O objetivo do presente trabalho é revisar os aspectos técnicos e psicodinâmicos relacionados à questão dos honorários em psicoterapia de orientação analítica, na tentativa de buscar a maneira mais adequada de lidar com os aspectos transferenciais e contratransferenciais que envolvem esse tema.
Defining and managing the issue related to the fees in the psychoanalytical psychotherapy is an important element in the therapeutic process and an appropriate debate on this topic may have relevant influence either on the patient or on the therapist. The objective of this study is to review the thecnical and psychodynamic aspects related to the fees in the psychoanalytical psychotherapy for the purpose of finding the best method to deal with the transferential and countertransferential aspects regarding this matter.
