RESUMO

Background/Aims@#Transcatheter arterial embolization (TAE) is useful for management of uncontrolled upper gastrointestinal (UGI) bleeding. We investigated clinical outcomes of TAE for non-variceal bleeding from benign UGI diseases uncontrolled with endoscopic intervention. @*Methods@#This retrospective study performed between 2017 and 2021 across four South Korean hospitals. Ninety-two patients (72 men, 20 women) who underwent angiography were included after the failure of endoscopic intervention for benign UGI disease- induced acute non-variceal bleeding. We investigated the factors associated with endoscopic hemostasis failure, the technical success rate of TAE, and post-TAE 30-day rebleeding and mortality rates. @*Results@#The stomach (52/92, 56.5%) and duodenum (40/92, 43.5%) were the most common sites of bleeding. Failure of endoscopic procedures was attributable to peptic ulcer disease (81/92, 88.0%), followed by pseudo-aneurysm (5/92, 5.4%), and angiodysplasia (2/92, 2.2%). Massive bleeding that interfered with optimal visualization of the endoscopic field was the most common indication for TAE both in the stomach (22/52, 42.3%) and duodenum (14/40, 35.0%). Targeted TAE, empirical TAE, and exclusive arteriography were performed in 77 (83.7%), nine (9.8%), and six patients (6.5%), respectively. The technical success rate, the post-TAE 30-day rebleeding rate, and the overall mortality rate were 100%, 22.1%, and 5.8%, respectively. On multivariate analysis, coagulopathy (OR, 5.66; 95% CI, 1.71~18.74; P=0.005) and empirical embolization (OR, 5.71; 95% CI, 1.14~28.65; P=0.034) were independent risk factors for post-TAE 30-day rebleeding episodes. @*Conclusions@#TAE may be useful for acute non-variceal UGI bleeding. Targeted embolization and correction of coagulopathy can improve clinical outcomes.

RESUMO

Background@#Zinc (Zn) is an essential cofactor for physiological homeostasis in the body.Zn oxide (ZnO), an inorganic compound that supplies Zn, exists in various sizes, and its bioavailability may vary depending on the size in vivo. However, comparative studies on the nutritional effects of micro-sized ZnO (M-ZnO) and nano-sized ZnO (N-ZnO) supplementation on Zn deficiency (ZnD) animal models have not been reported. @*Objectives@#This study investigated the nutritional bioavailability of N-ZnO and M-ZnO particles in dietary-induced ZnD mice. @*Methods@#Animals were divided into six experimental groups: normal group, ZnD control group, and four ZnO treatment groups (Nano-Low, Nano-High, Micro-Low, and MicroHigh). After ZnD induction, N-ZnO or M-ZnO was administered orally every day for 4 weeks. @*Results@#ZnD-associated clinical signs almost disappeared 7 days after N-ZnO or M-ZnO administration. Serum Zn concentrations were higher in the Nano-High group than in the ZnD and M-ZnO groups on day 7 of ZnO treatment. In the liver and testis, Nano-Low and Nano-High groups showed significantly higher Zn concentrations than the other groups after 14-day treatment. ZnO supplementation increased Mt-1 mRNA expression in the liver and testis and Mt-2 mRNA expression in the liver. Based on hematoxylin-and-eosin staining results, N-ZnO supplementation alleviated histological damage induced by ZnD in the testis and liver. @*Conclusions@#This study suggested that N-ZnO can be utilized faster than M-ZnO for nutritional restoration at the early stage of ZnD condition and presented Mt-1 as an indicator of Zn status in the serum, liver, and testis.

RESUMO

Osteoporosis and osteoporotic fractures cause socioeconomic concerns, and medical system and policies appear insufficient to prepare for these issues in Korea, where the older adult population is rapidly increasing. Many countries around the world are already responding to osteoporosis and osteoporotic fractures by adopting fracture liaison service (FLS), and such an attempt has only begun in Korea. In this article, we introduce the operation methods for institutions implementing FLS and characteristics of services, and activities of the FLS Committee for FLS implementation in the Korean Society for Bone and Mineral Research. In addition, we hope that the current position statement will contribute to the implementation of FLS in Korea and impel policy changes to enable a multidisciplinary and integrated FLS operated under the medical system.

RESUMO

Purpose@#The incidence and prognostic implications of atrial fibrillation (AF) in patients with severe aortic stenosis (AS) undergoing transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) are controversial, especially for Korean patients. Furthermore, the pattern of antithrombotic therapy for these patients is unknown. The present study sought to identify the impact of AF on Korean patients undergoing TAVI and demonstrate the status of antithrombotic therapy for these patients. @*Materials and Methods@#A total of 660 patients who underwent TAVI for severe AS were recruited from the nationwide K-TAVI registry in Korea. The enrolled patients were stratified into sinus rhythm (SR) and AF groups. The primary endpoint was all-cause death at 1-year. @*Results@#AF was recorded in 135 patients [pre-existing AF 108 (16.4%) and new-onset AF 27 (4.1%)]. The rate of all-cause death at 1 year was significantly higher in patients with AF than in those with SR [16.2% vs. 6.4%, adjusted hazard ratio (HR): 2.207, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.182–4.120, p=0.013], regardless of the onset timing of AF. The rate of new pacemaker insertion at 1 year was also significantly higher in patients with AF than in those with SR (14.0% vs. 5.5%, adjusted HR: 3.137, 95%CI: 1.621–6.071, p=0.001).Among AF patients, substantial number of patients received the combination of multiple antithrombotic agents (77.8%), and the most common combination was that of aspirin and clopidogrel (38.1%). @*Conclusion@#AF was an independent predictor of 1-year mortality and new pacemaker insertion in Korean patients undergoing TAVI.

RESUMO

Background@#The most common type of carcinoma ex pleomorphic adenoma (CPA) is histologically equivalent to salivary duct carcinoma, which has an apocrine phenotype. Invasive CPA is often accompanied by non-invasive or in situ carcinoma, an observation that suggests the presence of precursor lesions. The aim of this study was to identify candidate precursor lesions of CPA within pleomorphic adenoma (PA). @*Methods@#Eleven resected cases of CPA with residual PA and 17 cases of PA with atypical changes were subjected to immunohistochemistry (IHC) for p53, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), androgen receptor (AR), pleomorphic adenoma gene 1, gross cystic disease fluid protein-15 (GCDFP-15), and anti-mitochondrial antibody. @*Results@#Invasive or in situ carcinoma cells in all CPAs were positive for AR, GCDFP-15, and HER2. Atypical foci in PAs corresponded to either apocrine or oncocytic changes on the basis of their reactivity to AR, GCDFP-15, and anti-mitochondrial antibody. Atypical cells in PAs surrounding CPAs had an apocrine phenotype without HER2 expression. @*Conclusions@#Our study identified frequent apocrine changes in residual PAs in CPA cases, suggesting a possible precursor role of apocrine changes. We recommend the use of HER2 IHC in atypical PAs, and that clinicians take HER2 positivity into serious consideration.

RESUMO

Background/Aims@#Administrative databases provide valuable information for large-cohort studies. This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of an administrative database for resected gastric adenomas. @*Methods@#Data of patients who underwent endoscopic resection for benign gastric lesions were collected from three hospitals. Gastric adenoma cases were identified in the hospital database using International Classification of Diseases (ICD) 10-codes. The non-adenoma group included patients without gastric adenoma codes. The diagnostic accuracy for gastric adenoma was analyzed based on the pathological reports of the resected specimen. @*Results@#Among 5,095 endoscopic resections with codes for benign gastric lesions, 3,909 patients were included in the analysis. Among them, 2,831 and 1,078 patients were allocated to the adenoma and non-adenoma groups, respectively. Regarding the overall diagnosis of gastric adenoma with ICD-10 codes, the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value were 98.7%, 88.5%, 95.2%, and 96.8%, respectively. There were no significant differences in these parameters between the tertiary and secondary centers. @*Conclusions@#Administrative codes of gastric adenoma, according to ICD-10 codes, showed good accuracy and can serve as a useful tool to study prognosis of these patients in real-world data studies in the future.

RESUMO

Background@#Surgical scars subjected to excessive tension tend to widen and become hypertrophic due to strong mechanical stretching forces. In this study, we evaluated the clinical outcomes of combined intraoperative and postoperative long-term tension reduction techniques for the revision of scars subjected to excessive tension. @*Methods@#In total, 64 cases (62 patients) underwent scar revision and were followed for 6 months or more. The long-term tension reduction technique included intraoperative subcutaneous fascial and deep dermal closure using nonabsorbable nylon sutures and postoperative long-term skin taping for 3 to 8 months. The final scars were objectively evaluated using our Linear Scar Evaluation Scale (LiSES, 0-10 scale), which consisted of five categories: width, height, color, texture, and overall appearance. @*Results@#All 64 cases healed successfully, without early postoperative complications such as infection or dehiscence. The follow-up period ranged from 6 months to 6 years. The LiSES scores ranged from 5 to 10 (mean: 8.2). Fifty-one cases (79.6%) received a score of 8 to 10, which was assessed as “very good” by the evaluator. Two cases with a score of 5 (3%) showed partial hypertrophic scars at the last follow-up visit. All patients were highly satisfied with their final outcomes, including the two patients who experienced partial hypertrophic scars. @*Conclusions@#A combination of intraoperative and postoperative long-term tension reduction techniques can achieve the goal of long-term dermal support and satisfactory aesthetic outcomes for scar revision in areas subjected to excessive tension.

RESUMO

Purpose@#The purpose of this study was to determine whether deoxyhemoglobin changes were associated with admission duration in carbon monoxide (CO)-poisoned patients. @*Methods@#This retrospective study included 181 patients who were able to breathe by themselves after CO poisoning. Arterial blood gas analysis was performed to measure their deoxyhemoglobin levels. Their baseline characteristics and clinical outcomes during hospitalization in the emergency department (ED) were collected and compared. To assess changes in deoxyhemoglobin levels, blood samples were taken immediately after patients presented to the ED and then again after 6 hours. For statistical analysis, logistic regression was utilized to determine the effect of deoxyhemoglobin changes on admission duration. @*Results@#The incidence rates of hypocapnia and hypoxemia at presentation after acute CO poisoning were 28.7% and 43.6%, respectively. Moreover, the magnitude of increasing deoxyhemoglobin levels in patients with hypoxemia (2.1 [1.7–3.1], p<0.001) and changes in deoxyhemoglobin levels appeared to have an impact on the length of hospitalization in the ED (odds ratio, 1.722; 95% confidence interval, 0.547–0.952; p<0.001). @*Conclusion@#In patients with acute CO poisoning, deoxyhemoglobin levels appeared to increase in those with hypoxemia, which in turn was associated with prolonged hospitalization.

RESUMO

Objective@#To investigate the health-related quality of life (HRQOL) related to hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) following primary or interval cytoreductive surgery for primary ovarian cancer. @*Methods@#Between 2010 and 2016, a total of 184 patients were randomly assigned to receive cytoreductive surgery with HIPEC (n=92) or without HIPEC (n=92). Quality of life (QOL) assessment was evaluated at baseline (before surgery); on postoperative day 7; after the 3rd and 6th cycle of adjuvant chemotherapy; and at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months after randomization. Patient-reported QOL was assessed using the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) core questionnaire (EORTC-QLQ-C30), ovarian cancer questionnaire modules (QLQ-OV28), and the MD Anderson Symptoms Inventory (MDASI). @*Results@#Of the 184 patients enrolled, 165 (83/92 in the HIPEC group and 82/92 in the control group) participated in the baseline QOL assessment. There were no statistically significant differences in functional scales and symptom scales in QLQ-C30; symptom scales, including gastrointestinal symptoms QLQ-OV28; and severity and impact score in MDASI between the 2 treatment groups until 12 months after randomization. @*Conclusion@#HIPEC with cytoreductive surgery showed no statistically significant difference in HRQOL outcomes. Thus, implementation of HIPEC during either primary or interval cytoreductive surgery does not impair HRQOL.

RESUMO

Objective@#Emergency medicine residents are expected to exhibit a poor health status due to excessive working hours and high stress. Because much of patient care depends on them, their health conditions will have a significant impact on patient outcomes. Our study was designed to analyze the health status of emergency medicine residents and the affecting factors using the 2019 Korean Emergency Medicine Residents Survey (KEMRS) results. @*Methods@#The study evaluated the self-rated health-defined percentage of responders who thought they were in good health. Based on this response, the influencing factors were categorized statistically. These factors included personal characteristics, lifestyle (drinking, smoking, eating, sleeping, and exercise), and emotional stress. @*Results@#Of a total of 384 respondents, 176 (46%) thought they were in good health. Participants who perceived themselves to be unhealthy included residents who were married, female, and those in the 3rd grade. Drinking and smoking were not perceived to affect health status, but regular exercise and proper eating patterns were seen to be positive influencing factors. Daytime sleepiness, depressive moods, and personal well-being were correlated with health status. @*Conclusion@#While personal characteristics and emotional problems cannot be changed easily, lifestyle changes can be made for better health. The health conditions of emergency residents have not been considered a matter of importance thus far. To overcome their health problems, responsible improvements in schedules and a program of long-term follow-ups need to be implemented, followed by training programs.

RESUMO

Objective@#The purpose of this study was to compare the physical work intensity of emergency medicine (EM) and non-EM residents during a 24-hour work duty cycle using a smartwatch. @*Methods@#This study was conducted for a month from 7 May to 4 June 2021. A total of 27 residents submitted their consent to be recruited as subjects for the study. We distributed a smartwatch to each of the participants and measured their physical work intensity. Twenty non-EM residents wore a smartwatch for a week. Also, seven EM residents wore a watch during the time they were on 24-hour duty for the whole research period. After finishing their 24-hour duty, participants took off the smartwatch and stopped recording their physical activities. Sixty-five samples were matched for comparison between the non-EM and EM residents. Each of the samples comprised a pair of 24-hour records of EM and non-EM residents. The data were matched to ensure the same date and grade and thus control the variables. @*Results@#The results of this study showed that the maximum heart rate of the EM residents was 129.7±3.8 beats/min, which was higher than that of the non-EM residents. A comparison of the sleep hours during the 24-hour duty showed that the average sleep time of the EM residents was 156.9±84.8 minutes, which was significantly lower than that of the non-EM residents. However, calorie consumption, moving distance, and step count during the 24-hour duty cycle showed no significant difference between the EM and non-EM residents. @*Conclusion@#The maximum heart rate was higher among EM residents during their 24-hour work duty compared to the non-EM residents. In addition, the sleep time of the EM residents was significantly lower than that of the non-EM residents.

RESUMO

Objective@#We aimed to present the study design and baseline cross-sectional participant characteristics of biobank innovations for chronic cerebrovascular disease with Alzheimer’s disease study (BICWALZS) participants. @*Methods@#A total of 1,013 participants were enrolled in BICWALZS from October 2016 to December 2020. All participants underwent clinical assessments, basic blood tests, and standardized neuropsychological tests (n=1,013). We performed brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI, n=817), brain amyloid positron emission tomography (PET, n=713), single nucleotide polymorphism microarray chip (K-Chip, n=949), locomotor activity assessment (actigraphy, n=200), and patient-derived dermal fibroblast sampling (n=175) on a subset of participants. @*Results@#The mean age was 72.8 years, and 658 (65.0%) were females. Based on clinical assessments, total of 168, 534, 211, 80, and 20 had subjective cognitive decline, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), Alzheimer’s dementia, vascular dementia, and other types of dementia or not otherwise specified, respectively. Based on neuroimaging biomarkers and cognition, 199, 159, 78, and 204 were cognitively normal (CN), Alzheimer’s disease (AD)-related cognitive impairment, vascular cognitive impairment, and not otherwise specified due to mixed pathology (NOS). Each group exhibited many differences in various clinical, neuropsychological, and neuroimaging results at baseline. Baseline characteristics of BICWALZS participants in the MCI, AD, and vascular dementia groups were generally acceptable and consistent with 26 worldwide dementia cohorts and another independent AD cohort in Korea. @*Conclusion@#The BICWALZS is a prospective and longitudinal study assessing various clinical and biomarker characteristics in older adults with cognitive complaints. Details of the recruitment process, methodology, and baseline assessment results are described in this paper.

RESUMO

Purpose@#To evaluate the incidence rate, clinical characteristics, and perinatal outcomes of pneumothorax in late preterm and full-term newborns with respiratory distress and analyze the risk factors associated with pneumothorax. @*Methods@#Infants born at ≥34 weeks’ gestation with respiratory distress and pneumothorax admitted between February 2014 and December 2020 were enrolled in this study. The pneumothorax group (n=36) was matched to the control group (n=144) in a 1:4 ratio, based on gestational age and birth weight. Risk factors were identified using logistic regression analysis with backward stepwise selection. @*Results@#The incidence of pneumothorax during the study period was 1.36% (38/2,788). All patients were diagnosed with pneumothorax within 48 hours after birth, and increased oxygen demand was the most common symptom. The proportion of mortality and perinatal morbidity, such as intraventricular hemorrhage ≥grade 3, was significantly higher in the pneumothorax group than in the control group. The risk factors associated with pneumothorax were the need for positive pressure ventilation in the delivery room (odds ratio [OR], 3.40; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.26 to 9.12; P=0.015) and a higher fraction of inspired oxygen to achieve an oxygen saturation of ≥90% on admission (OR, 1.06; 95% CI, 1.03 to 1.09; P<0.001). @*Conclusion@#Pneumothorax should be suspected in late preterm and full-term newborns with respiratory distress within the first 3 days of life. Based on these risk factors, early diagnosis can reduce perinatal mortality and morbidity.

RESUMO

Objective@#When rescuers move from ambulance to resuscitation area, they press the chest with one-hand by the stretchers. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of one-hand chest compression on unfolded stretchers and analyze the characteristics of rescuers that affect compression. @*Methods@#A manikin simulation study was planned. A total of 28 participants performed one-hand chest compression for one minute to a manikin on the unfolded stretchers. The depth of compression, the extent of recoil and compression frequency were measured, and the results were analyzed. Correlation analysis was done between participant characteristics and depth and frequency of compression. Linear regression analysis was done for variables with significant correlation. @*Results@#Four participants were excluded due to wrist or shoulder pain. A total of 24 participants (13 male; 11 female) were enrolled. The mean depth of compression was 34.88±11.06 cm; the mean extent of recoil was 50.00±0 cm. The mean frequency of compression was 104.71±11.07 per minute. The extent of recoil and frequency of compression were satisfied with cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) guidelines. The depth of compression was highly correlated with participants’ sex (r=-0.88), height (r=0.86), and weight (r=0.78). When adjusted for sex, the depth of compression increased as height and weight increased. @*Conclusion@#Mechanical chest compression device should be used when CPR is required while moving a cardiac arrest patient by the stretchers. If CPR needs to be done manually, moving distance should be minimized. Finally, a new type of stretcher that fits the body shape of Koreans should be developed.

RESUMO

Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) has been used to diagnose a wide variety of upper gastrointestinal diseases. In particular, EGD is used to screen high-risk subjects of gastric cancer. Quality control of EGD is important because the diagnostic rate is examiner-dependent. However, there is still no representative quality indicator that can be uniformly applied in EGD. There has been growing awareness of the importance of quality control in improving EGD performance. Therefore, we aimed to review the available and emerging quality indicators for diagnostic EGD.

RESUMO

Objective@#To develop a set of reference standards for tibial motor, common peroneal motor, sural sensory, and superficial peroneal sensory nerve conduction studies (NCSs) with expanded uncertainty in a healthy Korean population. @*Methods@#Standardized procedures were conducted for individual lower extremity NCSs of 199 healthy participants in their 20s (n=100) and 50s (n=99). Mean values and expanded uncertainties for parameters were analyzed with thorough consideration of multiple uncertainty factors under the International Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement. In addition, side-to-side differences in onset latency, amplitude, and nerve conduction velocity (NCV) were analyzed. @*Results@#Mean (reference range) for distal onset latency, baseline to negative peak amplitude, NCV of tibial motor nerve in males in their 20s were 4.3 ms (3.1–5.4 ms), 7.1 mV (3.4–10.9 mV), and 50.7 m/s (42.2–59.3 m/s), respectively; sural sensory nerve baseline to negative peak amplitude in males in their 20s was 21.7 μV (8.3–35.2 μV). Including the aforementioned data, we present a vast dataset of normative mean values and expanded uncertainties for NCSs of the leg in a healthy Korean population. Furthermore, upper limits for normal side-to-side differences for onset latency, amplitude, and NCV of each nerve are suggested. @*Conclusion@#To our knowledge, this is the first study to present the reference standards of leg NCSs with consideration for multifactorial uncertainties in an Asian population. We expect these results to help practitioners make reliable and reproducible clinical decisions.

RESUMO

This study was performed to identify the incidence of screw in-type lateral anchor pull-out in patients older than 60 years who underwent rotator cuff repair for large to massive rotator cuff tear (RCT). Methods: We reviewed 25 patients over 60 who were diagnosed with large to massive RCT and underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2021. Preoperative tear size (anterior to posterior, medial to lateral) was measured via preoperative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). All 25 patients underwent MRI scanning on postoperative day 1 and at 3 months after surgery. The change of anchor position was measured in axial views on MRI images postoperative day 1 and 3 months after surgery. And it was statistically compared according to bone mineral density (BMD), sex, and number of lateral anchors. Results: Two MRIs (postoperative day 1 and 3 months) in 25 patients were compared. Anchor pull-out occurred in six patients during 3 months (6.7%), and the mean pull-out length difference was 1.56 mm (range, 0.16–2.58 mm). There was no significant difference in the number of pull-out anchors, degree of pull-out difference by comparing BMD (A, BMD≤–2.5; B, BMD>–2.5), sex, or number of anchors used in each surgery (C, two anchors; D, three anchors) (p>0.05). Conclusions: Pull-out of screw in-type anchors was rarely observed and the mean pull-out length difference was negligibly small in our study. The screw in-type lateral anchor seems to be a decent option without concern of anchor pull-out even in elderly patients.

RESUMO

Purpose@#This study aimed to develop an integrated health promotion program for cancer survivors residing in the community based on the shared care model, and evaluate its effectiveness. @*Methods@#A quasi-experimental trial was conducted. The participants consisted of 35 cancer survivors with completed intensive cancer therapy at the cancer hospital. The intervention group (n=20) and the control group (n=15) were recruited from among a district home cancer patient registrations. The intervention group participated in an integrated health promotion program based on the MAPP (Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnership) development process. The program consisted of physical, psycho-social and body image units. The participants were assessed before the program, and immediately after the program. Data were collected between July 1 and September 2, 2018 using FACT-G quality of life (QOL), distress thermometer (DT), and resilience. The data were analyzed by performing a x 2 test, Fisher’s exact test, Mann-Whitney test, and ranked ANCOVA using SPSS. @*Results@#The intervention group reported a higher QOL overall and significantly higher social/family well-being than the control group. Distress was significantly lower in intervention group than in the control group. Resilience had no significant difference between the two groups. @*Conclusion@#These findings indicate that the integrated health promotion program base on the shared care model and MAPP development process could be effective intervention for improving social/family well-being and the QOL, and reducing distress of cancer survivors at home. Community health center nurses need to provide intervention to support self-care competency for cancer survivors’ comprehensive care with physical, psycho-social, and body image to help them adjust their life to a moderate risk group in the community.

RESUMO

Background@#The optimal treatment of BRCA wild-type patients with platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer remains unknown. Recently, there is an increase in the evidence to support the role of the combination of a poly(adenosine diphosphate-ribose) polymerase inhibitor, anti-angiogenic agents, and immunotherapy as maintenance therapy in BRCA wild-type patients with platinum-sensitive recurrence. We hypothesized that adding pembrolizumab and bevacizumab to olaparib maintenance can increase progression-free survival (PFS) in BRCA wild-type patients with platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer. @*Methods@#BRCA wild-type patients who received two previous courses of platinum-containing therapy, achieved complete or partial response to last treatment, and the treatment-free interval is >6 months after the penultimate platinum-based chemotherapy offered olaparib maintenance with pembrolizumab and bevacizumab. Forty-four patients will be included from 4 sites across Singapore and Korea. The primary endpoint of the study is 6-month PFS rate.
