RESUMO

The difficulty of neural localization during operation often leads to the increased risk of nerve injury, which results in neurological dysfunction,so how to accurately locate the nerves in surgeries, such as operations for patients with recurrent parotid tumors and prostate surgery, has become one of the key factors for the success of the operation. There are many methods to locate nerves in real time during operation, among which fluorescence imaging has attracted more and more attention due to its unique advantages of high sensitivity, easy to use,low cost and no radiation. In this article, the related research progresses of fluorescence imaging in neural localization are reviewed.

RESUMO

Objective:To further evaluate the long-term predictive value of HPV test in cervical cancer screening. Methods:To search PubMed and Web of Science databases by computer. The studies conducted HPV-based screening program and followed up for more than 3 years were included. After data extraction, the risk of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) grade Ⅱ or worse(CIN Ⅱ +),CIN gradeⅢ or worse(CIN Ⅲ +),and cervical cancer was evaluated through the pooled cumulative incidence and odds ratio(OR) values among women with different baseline test results.Results:Finally,26 cohort studies were included.Compared to cytology negative, negative for HPV test was associated with significantly lower incidence of cervical diseases within 3 years (CIN Ⅱ +:OR =0.500,P < 0.001;CIN Ⅲ+:OR =0.377,P < 0.001;cervical cancer:OR =0.546,P < 0.001).The 5-year pooled cumulative incidence of CIN Ⅱ +,CIN Ⅲ + and cervical cancer in HPV negative women was lower than 3-year detection rates in cytology negative women(CIN Ⅱ +:0.47% vs 0.60%;CINⅢ +:0.15% vs 0.20%;cervical cancer:0.016% vs 0.020%),while the OR values had no significant difference. Conclusions:We recommend that HPV test using alone can be considered as an alternative strategy for cervical cancer screening with five-year screening interval.

RESUMO

This paper is to report the study of the microscopic and macroscopic he-morrheological changes and the conditions of the nail-fold microcirculation in 30 patients with severe viral hepatitis. Normal 'individuals, patients with acute icteric hepatitis, and those with chronic active hepatitis were employed as the controls. The changes observed in the patients with severe viral hepatitis were as follows: The reduced viscosity of the whole blood and the plasma viscosity increased markedly, the dispersion rate of the blood viscosity values increased as the clinical state of the patient became more severe, and the factors increasing the blood viscosity (namely, increase of the amount of immune globulin, pro-longation of the electrophoretic time of RBC, increase of RBC sedimentation rate), and the factors decreasing the blood viscosity (namely, decreases of he-matocrit reading, fibrinogen, and the aggregation ratio of platelets) existed simultaneously. The changes of the flow condition and velocity of the nail-fold microcirculation were in close correlation with the increase of blood viscosity and the severity of the disease. The causes and the mechanism of the above-mentioned changes were discussed.
