RESUMO

Objective@#To analyze and summarize the ultrasonographic features of fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma (FLHCC).@*Methods@#The ultrasound images were retrospectively analyzed in 23 FLHCC cases which were confirmed by pathology, including the size, echogenicity, boundary and other features on gray scale ultrasound, color Doppler flow imaging and enhancement patterns on contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS).@*Results@#Twenty-three patients had 23 lesions of FLHCC. The average age was (40.0±17.1) (15-77) years old and among them 3 cases had liver cirrhosis(13.0%). The maximum diameter of FLHCC lesions was 2.5-16.7 cm and the average was (7.2±4.3)cm. On gray scale ultrasound, 82.6% (19/23) lesions were hypoechoic, 78.3% (18/23) lesions showed cord-like or sheet-like hyperechoic area and 47.8% (11/23) lesions displayed strip-like echogenic attenuation in the center, with calcification in 17.4% (4/23) lesions. There were 91.3% (21/23) lesions showed peripheral and internal rich color flow signals on color Doppler flow imaging and 60.9% (14/23) with subcapsular thick blood vessels. All 8 FLHCC lesions displayed early and hyper-enhancement in the arterial phase and wash-out in the portal and delayed phases on CEUS. Internal nonenhanced scar-like area was appeared in all lesions on CEUS.@*Conclusions@#Patients with FLHCC are mostly young and few with liver cirrhosis. Ultrasonographic features are characterized by relatively large-sized mass with internal acoustic attenuation or calcification on gray scale ultrasound and hypervascularity with central scar on CEUS.

RESUMO

Testicular proteoglycan 1 ( SPOCK1 ) , a kind of extracellular matrix glycoprotein, can inhibit the activity of cathepsin and promotes the combination of low affinity for calcium.SPOCK1 is essential to the de-velopment of mammals.It not only regulates cell,and the interactions between cells and matrix are also related to cell migration and proliferation.Currently,SPOCK1is confirmed that expression can promote the occurrence and development of tumor,suggesting it could be a new anti-tumor target.This article is to review SPOCK1 molecular structure,biological function and its relationship with tumor.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the clinical significance of plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen level in cervical carcinoma . Methods Sxity-two patients with cervical cancer pathologically proved ,34 cases of benign uterine tumors and 42 cases of CIN were detected plasma DD and Fib levels preoperative , compared with normal control group .Results DD and Fib levels in patients with cervical cancer group were significantly higher than those of control group;With the lesions of cervical cancer malignant degree of plas-ma DD and Fib levels increased;DD and Fib increased cervical cancer occur more frequently in patients with lymph node and distant metastasis .Conclusions Along with the increase of the malignant degree of tumor ,Micro thrombosis or thromboembolism risk increa-ses,In clinical,they can be used as auxiliary index to predict clinical cancer staging and transfer .

Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the expression of 12 tumor Markerss in the serum of colon cancer patients by C 12 tumor marker protein chip ,screening most valuable Markers for diagnosis . Methods C12 tumor Marker of protein chips were used for 12 sorts of tumor marker detection among 60 CRC patients and 40 healthy controls ,address the most valuable tumor marker relative to colon cancer and contribution of combinations effect on diagnosis .Result CEA+CA199+CA242+Bete-HCG combination diagnosis has the highest effectivity and diagnosis sensitivity was greatly improved by combination detection .The optimized diagno-sis showed no significant tendency to be correlated with age ,sex,differentiation stage,pathology,Lymph node me-tastasis,clinical stage.Conclusion It is of importance to use sera CEA +CA199+CA242+Bete-HCG detec-tion as markers for colon cancer diagnosis ,which may improve diagnosis efficiency .
