Construction of sensitive index evaluation system of psychiatric nursing quality in Henan / 中华护理杂志

Objective To construct sensitive,scientific,targeted index evaluation system of psychiatric nursing quality and provide basis for evaluation and surveillance of psychiatric nursing quality.Methods Based on 3-di-mension quality construction theory,literature analysis and experts group discussion were adopted to preliminarily screen indexes and compile inquiry questionnaire.Two rounds of expert consultation were performed using Delphi technique,and sensitive index evaluation system of psychiatric nursing quality was revised and finalized.Results Positive coefficients of two rounds of expert consultation were 90.63％ and 96.55％,authority coefficients were 0.81 and 0.83,and coordination coefficients were 0.136-0.335;the constructed sensitive index evaluation system of psychiatric nursing quality included 3 first-class indicators and 18 second-class indicators.Conclusion The constructed sensitive index evaluation system of psychiatric nursing quality has psychiatric characteristics.Its effects on nursing quality control and evaluation can be verified from clinical practices,then effective data sharing can be gradually realized.

A stereological analysis of ginsenoside Rg1 in inhibiting hepatic fibrosis / 重庆医学

Objective To investigate the effect of Panax notoginsenosides monomers ginsenoside Rg 1 in inhibiting hepatic fibro-sis .Methods The rat model of hepatic fibrosis was established by using 50% Ccl4 ,total 35 d .The different doses of Rg1was ad-ministered by hypodermical injection .At the end of the treatment ,the pathological changes of hepatic tissue were observed by light and transmission electron microscope .The stereological method was adopted to measure the volume density (Vvm) ,area density (Svm) ,specific surface(Qm) and surface number density (Nam) of liver cell mitochondria in various groups .Results The stereo-logical data of liver cell mitochondria showed that the statistical differences existed among various groups .Vvm in the Panax Notog-insenosides ,low dose Rg1 and isotonic saline groups were significantly increased compared with the normal control group with sta-tistical difference(P0 .05);Vvm in the high ,middle and low dose Rg1 ,Panax No-toginsenosides and colchicine groups showed the decreasing trend compared with the isotonic saline group without statistical differ-ence(P>0 .05) .Svm in the low dose Rg1 ,Panax Notoginsenosides ,colchicine and isotonic saline groups were significantly increased compared with the normal group with statistical difference (P0 .05) .Conclu-sion Rg1 has antifibrosis effects of Panax notoginsenosides ,even exceeds Panax notoginsenosides in some aspects ,and the above-mentioned effect is positively correlated with dose .Rg1 is an ideal drug for preventing and treating liver fibrosis .

The value of laparoscopy, ascites cytology and scanning techniques in the diagnoses of complicated abdominal diseases / 中国普通外科杂志

Objective To explore the value of diagnostic laparoscopy on the etiology of complicated abdominal diseases.Methods 31 complicated cases with abdominal pain,ascites and abdominal mass underwent video laparoscopy and biopsy, the comparision in diagnostic grades between laparoscopy, ascites cytology and scanning techniques was done. Result All cases underwent laparoscopy successfully and 97% cases were diagnosed clearly by biopsy and histology, in which the cause of 11 cases(36%)were rare.
