RESUMO
Adenomyosis is a common and difficult gynecological disease, whose etiology is still unclear. It occurs mostly in women aged 30-50 years, which seriously affects the quality of life of women of childbearing age. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) can promote the invasion, migration and infiltration of endometrial cells, which is closely related to the occurrence and development of adenomyosis. This article mainly reviews the transcriptional regulation mechanism of EMT, the signal transduction pathway related to EMT and other regulatory factors in adenomyosis.
