RESUMO

In order to improve works of helping this special group,medical students' current ideological and political situation and characteristics are analyzed.Then applying the Satir family therapy into the medical students' ideological and political education process and analyzing the applicability of Satir into the ideological and political work from the three views of system,family values and humanity.Family tree technology,home remodeling,empty chair technique and iceberg metaphor technology of Satir family therapy are analyzed in details in ideological and political education of medical students with learning difficulties through some helping cases.the three views of system,family values and humanity of Satir family therapy have some value in helping students,building positive value instead of their negative mind towards learning.With the promotion of Satir family's concept and technology,it also helps the ideological and political educators have deep thoughts about the education methods.

RESUMO

Based on the necessity of carrying out bioethics education to the probationer nurses, this paper put forward to introduce psychological sitcom to the probationer nurses′ bioethics education and described the practice process in detail. It also discussed the mechanism to improve the effectiveness of bioethics education from the per-spectives of creation, dramatization, and performance of psychological sitcom.

RESUMO

Objective: To discuss the personality traits of medical students,in order to provide references for building medical occupational personality of medical staff.Method: Adopt Cartel's questionnaire of 16 personality traits to survey 462 medical students.Result: Medical students possess several personality traits,including lack of learning,being perfunctory,easy-going,conservative and obedient,but meanwhile they also possess steady psychological diathesis and creativity.Conclusion: There are three aspects to be concerned in building personalities of medical staff,including confirming the shaping direction,emphasizing professional knowledge as well as humanities subjects,and stressing the combination of theory and practice.

RESUMO

Objective:To explore the effect of group tutoring in the adaptation education for college freshmen.Method:All freshmen that attended Wenzhou medical college in 2008 are enrolled in group tutoring to help them better adapt to the new life in college,and the tutoring effect is appraised by a self-designed questionnaire.Result:The freshmen show a general progress and satisfaction after receiving group tutoring,and regard it quite necessary to conduct activities like group tutoring at the beginning of college life to help make freshmen better adaptive.Conclusion:Group tutoring is very effective in the adaptation education for college freshmen,and has a universal applicability for all college students.
