RESUMO
O objetivo do presente trabalho é a realização de uma reflexão sobre a posição ocupada pelo psicanalista no processo de análise de indivíduos toxicômanos. A pesquisa surgiu a partir da dificuldade encontrada em entender a posição demandada por um paciente toxicômano, atendido no CET (Centro de Estudos das Toxicomanias Dr. Claude Olievenstein), da UFPR. Para elucidar as questões construídas a partir do caso recorreu-se a uma revisão de literatura psicanalítica a respeito da posição do analista e do tratamento das toxicomanias. Partiu-se da análise do Mito de Quíron, o Curador Ferido, para se entender a dimensão de "cura" que demanda do analista um lugar de "curador sempre ferido", uma vez que a idéia presente no mito é a de que Quíron pôde se tornar um exímio curador a partir de sua própria ferida incurável. A ferida de Quíron, utilizada por ele como um recurso para entender o sofrimento dos que curava, foi relacionada ao processo de transferência presente em uma análise. Nesse artigo é elucidado o processo vivenciado pelo analista do 'deixa-se afetar' pelo sofrimento alheio como uma possibilidade de vinculação analítica para o toxicômano.
The present work aims reflecting on the position held by psychoanalysts when analyzing drug-addicted individuals. This research emerged from the difficulty to understand the position required by a drug-addicted patient, examined by this researcher at the CET (Centro de Estudos das Toxicomanias Dr. Claude Olievenstein [Center of Studies in Drug Addiction Dr. Claude Olievenstein]), at UFPR. To elucidate the questions this case brought up, a revision of the psychoanalytical literature on the position of the analyst and on the treatment of drug addictions was carried out. Based on the analysis of the Myth of Chiron, the Wounded Healer, we try to understand the dimension of "healing" that requires the analyst take the stand of a "forever wounded healer", since the idea present in the myth is that Chiron was able to become an excellent healer because of his own incurable wound. Chiron's wound, which he used as a resource to understand the suffering of those he cured, is thus related to the transfer process present in an analysis. In this paper it's elucidated the process experienced by the analyst of 'being affected' by the suffering of the others as a possibility of analytical bounding for the drug-addicted patient.
