As condições das classes trabalhadoras nas circunstâncias da crise e restauração no Brasil atual / The conditions of the working classes in the circumstances of the crisis and restoration in current Brazil

O presente texto objetiva analisar a situação de classe do/as trabalhadores/as forjada pela crise e a reação burguesa no Brasil. Em especial, busca avançar na caracterização da conjuntura mais recente, circunscrita pelos aspectos econômicos e a ofensiva restauradora alcançados no último biênio (2016-2017). O estudo está embasado em dados estatísticos, relatórios e levantamentos econômicos, sociais e políticos divulgados por diversas agências: organismos internacionais, organizações e movimentos políticos e meios de comunicação. Aponta para processos combinados de acirramento das condições degradantes de vida das classes trabalhadoras, como: exploração, expropriação, pauperização, repressão e despolitização. Por fim, conclui que tal quadro eleva as pressões para um inconformismo e uma inquietação social, resultando em uma tendência de agudização da luta de classes no País.

The text aims to analyze the class situation of the workers forged by the crisis and the bourgeois reaction in Brazil. In particular, the study seeks to advance the characterization of the most recent conjuncture, circumscribed by the economic aspects and the restorative offensive achieved in the last biennium (2016-2017). It is based on statistics, economic reports and political surveys published by various agencies: international organizations, political organizations, and movements and the media. It presents combined processes of intensification of the degrading conditions of working-class life: exploitation, expropriation, pauperization, repression, and depoliticization. It concludes that such a framework elevates the pressures for nonconformity and social unrest, resulting in a tendency towards an intensification of the class struggle in the country.

A filosofia como historicidade: a ideologia no estudo filosófico dos Cadernos do cárcere / Philosophy as historicity: ideology in the philosophical study of Prison notebooks

O artigo busca apreender a categoria da ideologia nas notas dedicadas ao estudo da filosofia dos Cadernos do cárcere de Antônio Gramsci. Por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica dessa obra, são explicitados os fundamentos teórico-metodológicos e as articulações categoriais inerentes à questão da ideologia em Gramsci. A exposição apresenta a relação necessária entre ideologia e práxis histórica, a concepção de bloco histórico como totalidade social e as condições necessárias e suficientes à superação das relações sociais dominantes.

The article seeks to apprehend the category of the ideology in the notes dedicated to the study of philosophy in Antônio Gramsci's Prison notebooks. The theoretical and methodological fundamentals and the category articulations of the issue of ideology in Gramsci are explained through bibliography research related to that work. The explanation presents the necessary relationship between ideology and historical praxis, the conception of historical block as social totality and the necessary and sufficient conditions to overcome the dominant social relationships.

Chronic unemployment and relative surplus population: notes basedon the critique of political economy / Desemprego crônico e superpopulação relativa: apontamentos a partir da crítica da economia política

This paper addresses the contemporary problem of chronic employment from the perspective of the critique of political economy by Karl Marx. It seeks to understand the historical and categorical connections between chronic unemployment and movements to recompose relative surplus population in capitalism. The analysis was conducted through a bibliographical study of the main texts in which Marxpresents the genesis and development of the capitalist society. It also investigated the work of currentanalysts who have delved deeper into the reproduction of this sociality in the context of its structural crisis. The recomposition of relative surplus population is linked to the ways in which capital endeavors to resume accumulation, thereby deepening its structural contradictions as the crisis unfolds...

O artigo aborda a problemática contemporânea do desemprego crônico a partir da crítica da economia política de Karl Marx. Busca apreender os nexos históricos e categoriais entre o desemprego crônico e os movimentos de recomposição da superpopulação relativa no capitalismo. A análise foi realizada através de um estudo bibliográfico dos principais textos onde Marx apresenta o processo de gênese edesenvolvimento da sociedade capitalista.
