RESUMO

Objective Detecting the influence of swainsonine bring in the expression of N?glycan of osteosarcoma tumor stem cells. Methods LM8 cells were cultured in the culture medium (free of serum), then selected the LM8 cells of both CD44 and CD133 positive by magnetic activated cell sorting technique. Detecting the levels ofβ1, 6 branch N?glycan expression in the selected LM8 cells (treating by different doses of N?glycosylation inhibitor swainsonine) surface through the lectin binding assay (L?PHA). Results (96.5 ± 1.2)%of LM8 cells were both CD133 and CD44 positive which selected from all the LM8 cells in culture medium (free of serum) by magnetic activated cell sorting technique. Lectin binding assays shown that the bound rare of osteosarcoma tumor stem cells and L?PHA was (90.3 ± 2.1)%, which was higher than normal LM8 cells and L?PHA by (54.3 ± 3.1)%(P<0.05). The positive rare ofβ1, 6 branch N?glycan on the selected LM8 cells(treat with 1mg/mL swainsonine) surface was 90%. The positive rare of β1, 6 branch N?glycan on the selected LM8 cells (treat with 5mg/mL swainsonine) surface was 21%. Conclusion N?glycosylation inhibitor swainsonine plays a role in inhibiting the expression of N?glycan on cell surface of osteosarcoma tumor stem cell.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MIS-TLIF) by Quadrant channel for grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ spondylolisthesis. Methods Forty-eight patients with grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ spondylolisthesis were treated with MIS-TLIF by Quadrant channel. The patients were followed up for 12 months, The visual analog scale (VAS), Oswestry disability index (ODI), intervertebral height and lose drop of anterior slippage reduction were assessed. Results Surgery was successfully completed in all the patients. The VAS, ODI, intervertebral height and vertebral slippage 1 week after operation were significantly improved compared with that before operation:(4.5 ± 0.8) scores vs. (8.6 ± 1.2) scores, (32.0 ± 1.3) scores vs. (46.0 ± 3.7) scores, (10.5 ± 2.2) mm vs. (4.6 ± 2.1) mm and (2.1 ± 2.0) mm vs. (11.2 ± 1.7) mm, and there were statistical differences (P0.05. Patients did not have the complications such as nerve damage, loosening of internal fixation. Conclusions The MIS-TLIF is a safe and effective minimally invasive treatment for grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ spondylolisthesis by Quadrant channel.

RESUMO

Objective To quantitatively assess the left ventricular systolic and diastolic function in the elderly patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) by using Doppler tissue imaging (DTI) and to explore its clinical value. Methods A total of 20 normal controls and 22 old patients with DCM were enrolled in the study. The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd), left atrial diameter (LAD) and left ventricle ejection fraction(LVEF) were obtained by routine echocardiogram. And the systolic and early diastolic peak velocity (Vs and Ve) were detected by quantitative tissue velocity imaging (QTVI) and the mean value was accounted. The systolic mitral valve displacements (MVD) in 6 sites were determined by tissue tracking technique and the mean value was calculated. Results The LVEDd and LAD were significantly higher in DCM group than in normal group [LVEDd: (67.56±10.27) mm vs. (43.36±4.20) mm; LAD: (49.91± 6.27) mm vs. (32.00+4.53) mm, t=10.229 and 10.359, both P<0.01]. And the LVEF, Vs and MVD were lower in DCM group than in normal group [LVEF: (26.50 ± 8.25)% vs. (64.00 + 4.72)%; Vs:(5.14+1.30) cm/s vs. (8.89+1.87) cm/s; MVD:4.82+1.85 vs. 10.23± 1.95, t=18.502, 7.716 and 8.143, all P< 0.01].The Vs and MVD were significantly positively correlated with LVEF (r=0.78 and 0.89, both P<0.01). Conclusions DTI can quantitatively assess global and regional left ventricular systolic and diastolic function of elderly patients with DCM, and provide the reliable information for the judgment of pathogenetic condition.

RESUMO

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Shengfuling on the healing of various skin defect of human body. Methods Sixty cases of various skin defects were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group, which were treated by Shengfuling and normal healing after debridement, respectively. The healing time of defect areas and skin injury degrees was observed. The post-healing skin quality(color, hardness, tension) of the two groups were compared. Results The treated group had better effect than the control group in skin healing velocity and post-healing skin quality(P

RESUMO

Objective To observe effect of Yaotui Litongsan on nerve-related behavior of autograft of nucleus pulposus to cavum epidurale in rats. Methods Fifty normal Wistar rats were randomly divided into five geoups:the sham operated group (A),injury model group (B),Yaotongning treat group (C),high dose and low dose group (Yaotui Litongsan treat,D and E),10 rats in each group.Autogenous nucleus pulposus was removed from the coccygeal vertebral and placed into the back of L5~6 nerve roots of left cavum epidurale, making the non-compressive model with transplanted autogenous nucleus pulposus. The mechanical withdraw threshold and thermal withdraw latency were determined. Results The significant mechanical hyperalgesia was showed in the rats of B,C,D,E groups postoperatively, but it was lighter in C,D,E groups than in B group (P
