RESUMO
The uterine perforation through bladder by Intrauterine device (IUD) is seldom found. The author reported a case of intravesical perforation and a migration of multiload copper IUD with calculus formation in a 28-year-old primipara woman. She received IUD insertion during postpartum check up clinic 7 years ago and never checked up again. She had some urinary complaints. Investigation with plain film KUB and transabdominal sonography showed vesical calculus with IUD in the core. Suprapubic lithotomy was performed and the result is satisfactory.
