RESUMO
Four cases of Marjolin's Ulcer developing in a chronic venous ulcer are presented. Three were moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma while the fourth was a base-squamous cell carcinoma. The average age at presentation was 80 years and the interval from time of development of chronic venous ulceration to appearance of neoplasm was from four to thirty years. Lower extremity was involved in all the cases. This paper also reviews the literature and provides a treatment plan to optimize care and assure patient survival
