Suicidio en mujeres gestantes: vivencias y redesde apoyo para las familias que les sobreviven / Suicide in pregnant women: experiences and support networks for the surviving families

Objetivo: describir la vivencia que han tenido las familiasde dos mujeres gestantes alrededor de su muerte por suicidioen el Departamento de Antioquia (Colombia) durante el año2010-2011. Metodología: investigación cualitativa, métodofenomenológico-hermenéutico, específicamente estudio decasos. Se realizaron entre tres y cuatro entrevistas con cadafamilia y posteriormente se sistematizaron bajo el softwareAtlas ti. Resultados: en la familia de Bella se encontró lacategoría: la vivencia familiar frente al suicidio: de cómotornarse aprendiz; de ésta surgieron dos categorías: 1). Sumuerte nos afectó por dentro y por fuera; 2). entre la sordera yla potencia de las redes de apoyo. En la familia de Consentidaemerge la categoría la vivencia familiar: cómo sobrevivir aldolor, a su vez de ella se derivan dos tendencias: 1). Ampliandoy rompiendo redes: 2). atando cabos. Conclusiones: lasfamilias del estudio han ido sobreponiéndose al evento en tantohan logrado reconocimiento por parte de redes colaborativas,potenciadoras y vinculantes que han permanecido a lo largodel tiempo. En su vivencia las familias han logrado tomardistancia de la elección de sus familiares gestantes y hanseguido valientemente sobreponiéndose a su pérdida...

Objective: to describe the experiences of the families of twopregnant women who committed suicide in the Departmentof Antioquia (Colombia) during 2010-2011. Methodology:a qualitative study using the hermeneutic phenomenologicalapproach, specifically the case study method. Three to fourinterviews were conducted with each family. These interviewswere later systematized using the Atlas ti software.
