RESUMO
Resumo: O artigo discute a aplicação de um instrumento inovador no ensino da disciplina de Administração e Planejamento em Saúde, ministrada pelos alunos do 8° Período do Curso de Medicina da UFRJ. Foi problematizada com os alunos a organização sanitária como espaço de produção de relações e não apenas como produtora de bens e serviços. A reconstrução da história de via a partir de vários olhares tornou a informação um dispositivo capaz de revelar sentidos e significados no agir cotidiano em saúde. O uso do fluxograma analisador produziu nos alunos um sentimento de pertença na dinâmica da micropolítica do trabalho vivo de saúde, bem como propiciou um novo olhar sobre a história do paciente que, em sua relação com o trabalhadores de saúde, é perneada por falhas e ruídos. O fluxograma analisador demonstrou-se dispositivo revelador potente, para a reflexão dos alunos acerca dos processos de trabalho em estabelecimentos de saúde, identificando a integração entre profissionais e serviços, bem como as relações deste com os seus usuários, segundo dimensões de acesso, acolhimento, vínculo, responsabilização, resolutividade e autonomia.
Abstract: This paper discusses the application of na innovative tool for teaching the subject of Health Management and Planning to students in the 8th period of the medicine course of UFRJ. The health organization as a space for creating relationships, and not only as a producer of goods and services, was questioned with the students. The rebuilding of the history of live from several viewpoints turned the information into a device capable of uncovering senses and meanings in the day-to-day actions in health. The use of the flowchart analyzer produced in the students a feeling of belonging to micropolitical dynamics of live health work and also rpovided a new view over the patinet's history, wich, in its relation with health worker, uses to be full of flaws and noises. The flowchart analyzer reveled a potente information device for students to think about the work proces in health facilities, for identifying the integration among professionals and services as well as the relationships among these and their users, acording to the dimensions of access, hosting, links, accountability, resolution and autonomy.
