RESUMO

Se consideró importante la evaluación del Bienestar Psicológico de los estudiantes próximos aegresar de la carrera de Psicología de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. Se realizó unestudio descriptivo por encuestas, con enfoque cuantitativo, no probabilístico, accidental ytrasversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 145 estudiantes, que se encontraban realizandoel trabajo final, 85.3% mujeres y 14.7% varones, con edades comprendidas entre los 23 y 30años.Se observó menor nivel de bienestar psicológico en los estudiantes que proceden de otrasprovincias, lo que podría deberse a que cambian su red de apoyo social y familiar, y presentanun nivel de expectativas mayores de conseguir un título universitario. También puede asociarsea la proyección laboral incierta, por transitar la carrera en condiciones diferentes a las de sulugar de origen. No se producen diferencias estadísticamente significativas por edad, sexo,ocupación o tiempo de cursado de la carrera. Los estudiantes que tienen familia a cargopresentan mayor nivel de bienestar, lo que permite evidenciar que el mismo es una vivenciasubjetiva y tiene relación con la importancia que la persona le otorga a diferentes ámbitos de suvida. Considerando el tipo de trabajo final que realizan los estudiantes, se encontró mayorbienestar en los que realizan las prácticas supervisadas. Ninguna de las variables es por símisma determinante de bienestar subjetivo.


The evaluation of the Psychological Wellbeing of students preparing to graduate from the career in psychology at the National University of Córdoba has been considered important. A descriptive study has been carried out using quantitative surveys with a non-probabilistic, accidental, transversal approach. The sample was made up of 145 students who were found while carrying out their final project; 85.3% women, 14.7% men between the ages of 23 and 30. The lowest levels of psychological wellbeing were observed in students that have come from other provinces which could be due to the change in social and familial support networks and a higher level of expectations of obtaining a university degree. This may also be associated with the work-related uncertainty that could result from studying in a place in which the conditions differ from those of the place of origin. No significant statistical differences were found between the categories of age, sex, occupation, or length of time taken to complete the career. Students who are responsible for a family were found to have a higher level of wellbeing, which puts in evidence the subjective nature of the experience and its relation with the importance that an individual places upon the different areas of his or her life. With regards to the type of final project being carried out, a higher level of wellbeing was found in students doing a supervised practice. No one variable in and of itself was shown to determine subjective wellbeing.
