RESUMO

OBJECTIVE@#To explore the efficacy of ultrasound-guided needle-knife with precise three-dimensional stereotactic localization of points for stenosing tenosynovitis of flexor tendon (trigger finger).@*METHODS@#A total of 74 patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 37 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with ultrasound-guided intrathecal injection and releasing method of needle-knife, while the patients in the control group were treated with ultrasound-guided intrathecal injection. The self-made 9-score scale of trigger finger was recorded before treatment, immediately after treatment, 1 month and 3 months after treatment; the curative effect of the two groups was evaluated.@*RESULTS@#The results of self-made 9-score scale in the observation group immediately after treatment, 1 month and 3 months after treatment were lower than that before treatment (all <0.01); the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at each time point after treatment (all <0.01). The excellent and good rate immediately after treatment was 100.0% (37/37) in the observation group, which was superior to 8.1% (3/37) in the control group (<0.05); the cured rates in the observation group were 100.0% (37/37) 1 month after treatment and 97.3% (36/37) 3 months after treatment, which were superior to 13.5% (5/37) and 10.8% (4/37) in the control group, respectively (<0.05).@*CONCLUSION@#The needle-knife with three-dimensional stereotaxic location of point could significantly improve the symptoms of trigger finger, with superior immediate and long-term efficacy.

RESUMO

AIMTo establish reference range of blood theology for different gender by sitting and lying in healthy populations.

METHODSIn 31 volunteers blood were drawed in the postures of sitting and lying to measure blood rheology. Data (between July 2002 and July 2006) of 32854 samples (23436 check-up, 6553 out-patient,2865 in-patient) were collected. Differences between different postures and different gender were compared by Independ-Sample t-test with SPSS 13.0 software and each reference range of blood rheology was established.

RESULTSIn sitting and lying postures 12 parameters of blood rheology showed great significance (P < 0.01). 8 parameters such as whole blood viscosity, blood reduce viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, were decreased by 9.33% on average while posture was changed from sitting to lying. But index of erythrocyte deformability, erythrocyte electrophoresis presented inverse correlation and were increased by 6.49% on average with the same posture change.Various parameters of blood theology in different gender showed great significance (P < 0.01).

CONCLUSIONThere is significant difference in various parameters of blood rheology in the posture change from sitting to lying. Reference ranges of blood theology of different postures are established which may be used to decrease the rate of misdiagnosis by 8-10 percent.

RESUMO

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of interventional chemotherapy and intravesical instillation for preventing postoperative recurrence and metastasis of cancer in urinary bladder. Methods One hundred and eight patients with urinary bladder cancer were divided into group A and group B.Intravesical instillations after surgical operation were performed in group A (n=52) and combined interventional chemotherapy and intravesical instillations after operation were performed in group B (n=56).The patients were followed up for 1 - 3 years. Results In group A,recurrence occurred in 5 cases (9.62%) within one year, and in 23 cases (44.23%) within 3 years after the operations metastasis developed in 21 cases (40.38%),and 18 cases (34.62%) died.In group B,recurrence occurred in 2 cases (3.57%) within one year, and in 11 cases (19.64%) within 3 years after the operation;metastasis developed in 7 cases (12.50%), and 5 cases (8.93%) died. There were statistical significant differences in recurrence, metastasis and mortality between these two groups (P
