RESUMO

Objective@#To analyze the epidemiological and etiological characteristics of aggregation epidemics of infectious diarrhea induced by norovirus, and to provide the scientific basis for the prevention and control.@*Methods@#A descriptive epidemiological analysis of aggregation epidemics events occurred during 2016-2018 in Longhua District of Shenzhen was carried out, with subtypes identified by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR, Region B and Region C fragment sequence determination.@*Results@#There were 34 aggregation epidemic events, including 448 cases, the mean attack rate was 18.26%(448/2 454). The median duration of aggregation epidemic was 3 days. The peak season appeared in autumn and winter, and the peak of epidemic emerged from December 2016 to April 2017. About 91.18% (31/34) of the epidemics occurred in schools and child care centers, and among children aged 3-6 years (78.79%, 353/448). The clinical symptoms were mainly nausea and vomiting (95.77%, 408/426) in children and adolescents but diarrhea in adult group (95.45%, 21/22). The differences between vomiting and diarrhea were both statistically significant in the two age groups (χ2=98.89,99.61,P<0.01). 29 cases were transmitted through interpersonal network, of which 21 cases were found to have unregulated treatment of vomit on campus. The detection rate of biological samples was 49.15% (203/413), all of which were G Ⅱ norovirus. The genotype was mainly GⅡ.P16-G Ⅱ.2(n=49)from November 2016 to April 2017.@*Conclusion@#Norovirus can cause large-scale outbreaks in child care centers and schools easily. Early standardized patient isolation and proper management of vomit and diarrhea are the key steps in prevention and control measures.

RESUMO

Objective:To study the potential effects of intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) on clinical efficacy, oral mucosa reaction and immunological foundation;and to explore the effect of immunological changes on clinical efficacy and oral mucosa reaction in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods:A total of 200 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, who came from First Department of Nasopharyngeal Radiotherapy, the First People's Hospital of Foshan from October 2008 to November 2011,were selected. The patients were treated with nasopharyngeal radiotherapy, and divided into an observation group and a control group (n=100 in each group). The control group underwent common conventional two-dimensional radiotherapy treatment, while the observation group underwent IMRT.The 5-year survival rates and recurrence rates were recorded at follow-up.After the radiotherapy, the oral mucosa in the patients were evaluated by the classification standard of acute radioactive mucositis by American Radiotherapy Oncology Group (RTOG),and the number of T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment was detected. Results:There were significant difference in non-regional-recurrence survival rate,disease-free survival rate, local recurrence rate between the above 2 groups (all P<0.05),but no significant difference in the distant metastasis-free survival rate (P>0.05).The acute oral mucosa reactions of grade 1,2,3,4 in the control group were 8.00%,20.00%,12.00%,7.00%,respectively,and those were 7.00%,22.00%,15.00%,1.00% respectively. There was no significant difference in the acute response of oral mucosa in grade 1,2 and 3 in the 2 groups (all P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the grade 4 (P<0.05).There were significantly difference in CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ and CD4+ T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment in the above 2 groups (all P<0.01);there were also significantly difference after treatment between the observation group and the control group (all P<0.01).Conclusion:In the process of treatment in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, the use of IMRT on the basis of chemotherapy is more effective than the conventional two-dimensional radiotherapy, which can reduce the proportion of grade 4 (severe) acute oral mucosa reaction. It may be related to the protective effect of IMRT on immune function in the patients.

RESUMO

Objective To explore clinical effect of metacentric particles with bisoprolol fumarate pesos on the elderly patients with heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia treatment. Methods In August 2013 to April 2016, 102 cases of elderly patients in our hospital heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia were selected as research object, according to touch the ball method, they were divided into control group and experimental group, each group of 51 cases, control group was given bisoprolol fumarate pesos, on this basis, the experimental group was combined use of metacentric particles. Two groups of clinical curative effect were compared .Results The experimental group and control group rate of sinus heart rate to maintain statistical comparison of the experimental group was higher than control group ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),group total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group ( P <0.05 ) , the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05),the control group and experimental group heart rate compared before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference, but after treatment, the experimental group was lower than the control group, the differe nce was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Metacentric particles with bisoprolol fumarate pesos for elderly patients with heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia in clinical curative effect is distinct, high safety.
