ObjectiveTo investigate common dyadic coping (CDC) in linking with marital satisfaction and quality of life (QOL) in patients with brain injury and their spouses in a rehabilitation facility by using common fate model (CFM). MethodsFrom October, 2022 to June, 2023, 101 brain injury inpatients and their spouses in Beijing Bo'ai Hospital completed the questionnaire of Dyadic Coping Inventory, Kansas Marital Satisfaction Scale and World Health Organization Quality of Life. ResultsThe level of CDC between patients and their spouses significantly positively correlated with their marital satisfaction for both partners (β = 0.814, P < 0.001), as well as correlated with their quality of life (β = 0.271, P = 0.038; β = 0.481, P < 0.001). For the dimensions of QOL, the physical, psychological, social relationship and environmental dimensions significantly positive correlated with the CDC for the spouses, and only psychological and social relationship dimensions for the patients. ConclusionFacing the stress of brain injury, the level of CDC within couples can positively predict their marital satisfaction and QOL, and effect seems stronger for the spouses. It is advisable to consider both brain injured patients and their spouses as a whole to promote psychological adaptation and improve rehabilitation outcomes.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the ratio of neutrophils to lymphocyte and prehypertension and its clinical significance. Methods In May 2015,three thousand one hundred and twenty-six subjects who underwent physical examination in Tangshan People's Hospital Health Examination Center were enrolled in the study. 120 cases of pre hyperton were selected as the observation group,and 120 with normal blood pressure were used as the control group. The neutrophils and lymphocyte counts of the subjects were detected. The relationship among the two groups of test indicators,the ratio of neutrophils to lymphocyte counts and blood pressure was analyzed. Results The ratio of neutrophil and lymphocytes in the observation group was (2. 28± 0. 39), significantly higher than that in the control group ( 1. 41 ± 0. 32) ( t＝ 1. 196 P ＝0. 028). According to the different ratio of neutrophils / lymphocytes,the patients were divided into 3 groups,group A (1. 12 ± 0. 23), group B ( 1. 73 ± 0. 08), group C ( 2. 57 ± 0. 39), aling with the ratio increasing, the blood pressure increased,the systolic blood pressure of group A,B,C was (115±9) mmHg,(117±11) mmHg,(128 ±6) mmHg,respectively. The difference was statistically significant (F＝4. 404,P＝0. 013),the diastolic blood pressure of group A,B,C was (73±5) mmHg,(78±7) mmHg,(86±4) mmHg,respectively. The difference was statistically significant (F＝4. 553,P＝0. 027). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the ratio of neutrophils to lymphocytes was affected by systolic blood pressure,blood glucose,high density lipoprotein,BMI and triglyceride. Conclusion There is correlation between the ratio of neutrophil to lymphocyte and prehypertension, suggesting that inflammation may be involved in the occurrence and development of hypertension.

Objective: To investigate the effect and safety of interleukin-2 combined with cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.Methods: Totally 86 patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into the observation group (44 cases) and the control group (42 cases).The control group was treated with cisplatin, and the observation group was treated with interleukin-2 additionally.The treatment course was 3 weeks.The ascites relief, quality of life, survival status and tumor markers before and after the treatment, and the adverse drug reactions were compared between the groups.Results: The total ascites remission rate and the effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05).Conclusion: Interleukin-2 combined with cisplatin can effectively relieve ascites and improve quality of life, which can also prolong the survival time of patients.

Objective To observe the effect of nerve growth factor(NGF) on CCL4‐induced hepatic fibrosis in mice .Methods The hepatic fibrosis model was induced by subcutaneous injection of CCL 4 in mice .Thirty female Kunming mice were equally and randomly divided into three groups :fibrosis model group (A) ,NGF intervention group (B) and normal saline control group (C) .At 8 weeks following the initiation of experiment ,the samples were collected to measure ALT ,AST ,TBIL ,ALB by the fully automativ biochemical analyzer ,an the liver fibrosis indices (HA ,LN ,PC Ⅲ ) by radioimmunoassay .The Ishaki scoring system was adopted to assess the severity of hepatic inflammation and fibrosis degree .Results Serum levels of ALT ,AST ,HA and LN in the group A and B were significantly higher than those in the group C (F= 111 .45 ,658 .80 ,157 .43 ,167 .99 ;P< 0 .05) ,the levels of ALT 、AST and LN in the group B were significantly lower than those in the group A (P< 0 .05) .The HE staining ,reticular fiber staining and Masson staining showed that the liver fibrosis degree and the liver tissue inflammation in the group A were most obvious ,the liver tissue inflamation in the group B were significantly alleviated as compared with the group A .No fibrous septum was formed and the fiber tissues were fine and short .No obvious inflammatory cells infiltration and fibers formation were found in the liver tissue of the group C .The scores of liver inflamation grade and fibrosis staging in the group C were higher than those in the group B and C ,moreover the scores of liver inflammation grade and fibsosis had statstical differences among 3 groups (P < 0 .05) .Conclusion NGF can block hepatic fibrosis induced by CCL4 and relieve the liver inflammation .

Results The satisfaction of stroke patients to health education rose from 80.1% to 91.1% (P<0.001), and the dissatisfaction to guidance of activities of daily living and prevention of complications decreased significantly (P<0.05) after the implementation of QCC program. All the circle members benefited from the improvement of QCC technique, team work, professional knowledge, communication and coordination, activity confidence, duty and honor. Conclusion Carrying out the QCC activities can play a positive role on health education in stroke rehabilitation nursing.

@#ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between coping modes and depression in stroke patients accepting rehabilitation initially. Methods30 stroke patients were assessed with Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS). ResultsThe score of resignation in MCMQ was significantly higher in depression group than in non-depression group （P<0.01). There was correlation between scores of resignation and SDS (r=0.416, P=0.003). ConclusionDepression may relate with resignation in stroke patients admitted in the hospital for rehabilitation initially.

Objective To construct expressing recombinant of recF and recO from Deinococcus radiodurans R1and express the target protein in E.coli BL21(DE)3.Methods recF and recO gene were amplified by PCR from genomic DNA of Deinococcus radiodurans R1 and inserted into expression plasmid vector pET30b(+) to construct pET30b(+)-recF and pET30b(+)-recO.The recombinant plasmids were transformed into E.coli BL21(DE)3 and the recombinant proteins were expressed by the isopropyl-?-D-thiogalactopyranoside(IPTG) and were analyzed with SDS-PAGE.The changes in the survival rate of bacteria in each group before-and after UV-irradiation were calculated.Results The recombinant plasmid pET30b(+)-recO and pET30b(+)-recF was obtained and the recombinant protein could be highly expressed in E.coli BL21(DE)3.Conclusion This study has provided a foundation for further studies and applications of the recombinant RecF and RecO,and initial detection shows that recO and recF gene can increase the resistant ability of E.coli.
