RESUMO

In recent years, researchers have found that patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) often have urolithiasis, and the incidence of urolithiasis increases gradually with the severity of NAFLD. Meanwhile, the detection rate of NAFLD was higher in patients with urolithiasis than in normal controls. In this paper, we reviewed the domestic and international studies on the correlation between urolithiasis and NAFLD and described the related pathogenesis, such as insulin resistance, oxidative stress, abnormal lipid metabolism and impaired glyoxalate detoxification. Meanwhile, this paper proposed preventive measures to reduce the risk of development and recurrence of NAFLD-associated urolithiasis by addressing the common risk factors of both diseases, including metabolism-related diseases, lifestyle and diet.

Objective:To discusses the formation mechanism and influencing factors of sports fitness behavior interruption.Methods:From January 1st to April 30th in 2015, the adults aged 20 and above in the national survey of fitness activities were selected as the research objects to analyze the reasons for the interruption of fitness behavior of Chinese residents, including 32 877 people with fitness habits and 5 152 people with interrupted fitness habits.SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 17.0 software were used to process the data.The chi-square test was used to analyze the characteristics and changing trend of people who interrupted physical fitness behavior.Correlation analysis and factor analysis were used to categorize public factors of residents' physical fitness behavior characteristics.Validating factor analysis and path analysis were used to analyze the main reasons affecting the disruption of residents' physical fitness behaviors.Results:The fitness interruption behavior among Chinese residents were statistically significant different in terms of age, gender, and habitation( χ2=2.791, 199.435, 12.402, all P<0.05). The highest percentage of fitness interruptions was observed among residents aged 20-39 (19.1%) in China, women (16.2%) were higher than men (15.5%), and urban (16.4%) were higher than rural (14.9%). Factor classification and model analysis showed that the occurrence of disruptions in physical fitness behavior among Chinese residents was influenced by a combination of health factors( β=0.52), social environment( β=0.57), psychological factors( β=0.42), and fitness behavior environment( β=0.22). Conclusion:The occurrence of disruption of physical fitness behavior of our residents is mainly influenced by the combination of health factors, psychological factors, social environment, and fitness behavior environment.

Poria is an important medicine for inducing diuresis to drain dampness from the middle energizer. However, the specific effective components and the potential mechanism of Poria remain largely unknown. To identify the effective components and the mechanism of Poria water extract (PWE) to treat dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency syndrome (DSSD), a rat model of DSSD was established through weight-loaded forced swimming, intragastric ice-water stimulation, humid living environment, and alternate-day fasting for 21 days. After 14 days of treatment with PWE, the results indicated that PWE increased fecal moisture percentage, urine output, D-xylose level and weight; amylase, albumin, and total protein levels; and the swimming time of rats with DSSD to different extents. Eleven highly related components were screened out using the spectrum-effect relationship and LC-MS. Mechanistic studies revealed that PWE significantly increased the expression of serum motilin (MTL), gastrin (GAS), ADCY5/6, p-PKAα/β/γ cat, and phosphorylated cAMP-response element binding protein in the stomach, and AQP3 expression in the colon. Moreover, it decreased the levels of serum ADH, the expression of AQP3 and AQP4 in the stomach, AQP1 and AQP3 in the duodenum, and AQP4 in the colon. PWE induced diuresis to drain dampness in rats with DSSD. Eleven main effective components were identified in PWE. They exerted therapeutic effect by regulating the AC-cAMP-AQP signaling pathway in the stomach, MTL and GAS levels in the serum, AQP1 and AQP3 expression in the duodenum, and AQP3 and AQP4 expression in the colon.

Atherosclerosis(AS) is caused by impaired lipid metabolism, which deposits lipids in the intima, causes vascular fibrosis and calcification, and then leads to stiffening of the vascular wall. Hyperlipidemia(HLP) is one of the key risk factors for AS. Based on the theory of "nutrients return to the heart and fat accumulates in the channels", it is believed that the excess fat returning to the heart in the vessels is the key pathogenic factor of AS. The accumulation of fat in the vessels over time and the blood stasis are the pathological mechanisms leading to the development of HLP and AS, and "turbid phlegm and fat" and "blood stasis" are the pathological products of the progression of HLP into AS. Didang Decoction(DDD) is a potent prescription effective in activating blood circulation, removing blood stasis, resolving turbidity, lowering lipids, and dredging blood vessels, with the functions of dispelling stasis to promote regeneration, which has certain effects in the treatment of atherosclerotic diseases. This study employed high-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS) to screen the main blood components of DDD, explored the targets and mechanisms of DDD against AS and HLP with network pharmacology, and verified the network pharmacological results by in vitro experiments. A total of 231 blood components of DDD were obtained, including 157 compounds with a composite score >60. There were 903 predicted targets obtained from SwissTargetPrediction and 279 disease targets from GeneCards, OMIM, and DisGeNET, and 79 potential target genes of DDD against AS and HLP were obtained by intersection. Gene Ontology(GO) analysis suggested that DDD presumably exerted regulation through biological processes such as cholesterol metabolism and inflammatory response, and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) analysis suggested that signaling pathways included lipid and atherosclerosis, insulin resistance, chemo-carcinogenesis-receptor activation, and AGE-RAGE signaling pathways in diabetic complications. In vitro experiments showed that DDD could reduce free fatty acid-induced lipid accumulation and cholesterol ester content in L02 cells and improve cellular activity, which might be related to the up-regulation of the expression of PPARα, LPL, PPARG, VEGFA, CETP, CYP1A1, and CYP3A4, and the down-regulation of the expression of TNF-α and IL-6. DDD may play a role in preventing and treating AS and HLP by improving lipid metabolism and inflammatory response, and inhibiting apoptosis with multi-component, multi-target, and multi-pathway characteristics.

Objective: To explore the heterogeneity and correlation of clinical phenotypes and genotypes in children with disorders of sex development (DSD). Methods: A retrospective study of 1 235 patients with clinically proposed DSD in 36 pediatric medical institutions across the country from January 2017 to May 2021. After capturing 277 DSD-related candidate genes, second-generation sequencing was performed to analyzed the heterogeneity and correlation combined with clinical phenotypes. Results: Among 1 235 children with clinically proposed DSD, 980 were males and 255 were females of social gender at the time of initial diagnosis with the age ranged from 1 day of age to 17.92 years. A total of 443 children with pathogenic variants were detected through molecular genetic studies, with a positive detection rate of 35.9%. The most common clinical phenotypes were micropenis (455 cases), hypospadias (321 cases), and cryptorchidism (172 cases) and common mutations detected were in SRD5A2 gene (80 cases), AR gene (53 cases) and CYP21A2 gene (44 cases). Among them, the SRD5A2 mutation is the most common in children with simple micropenis and simple hypospadias, while the AMH mutation is the most common in children with simple cryptorchidism. Conclusions: The SRD5A2 mutation is the most common genetic variant in Chinese children with DSD, and micropenis, cryptorchidism, and hypospadias are the most common clinical phenotypes. Molecular diagnosis can provide clues about the biological basis of DSD, and can also guide clinicians to perform specific clinical examinations. Target sequence capture probes and next-generation sequencing technology can provide effective and economical genetic diagnosis for children with DSD.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect and mechanism of Poria cocos polysaccharides on the regulation of blood glucose in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM)model rats by phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B (Akt)/forked box transcription factor O 1(FoxO1)pathway. METHODS SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group (no modeling ,no administration),model group (modeling,no administration ),metformin group (modeling,200 mg/kg)and P. cocos polysaccharide low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups (modeling,100,200,400 mg/kg),8 in each group. Except for blank control group , other groups were given high fat diet combined with streptozotocin to construct the model of T 2DM rats. At the same time , administration groups were given relevant dose of medicine intragastrically ,and blank control group and model group were given constant volume of water intragastrically ,once a day ,for consecutive 42 days. During the experiment ,general condition and bodyweight of rats were observed every day ;fasting blood glucose (FBG)of rats were collected ,and oral glucose tolerance test were conducted and area under curve (AUC)was calculated the day before last administration. After last medication ,the heart ,liver, kidney organ index were calculated ;the levels of HbA 1c,TC,TG,MDA,SOD,GSH-Px and hepatic glycogen content were detected. HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of liver and pancreatic tissue ,and the pathological grade score was calculated. Western blot assay was used to detect the protein expressions of p-PI 3K,p-Akt,p-FoxO1, PEPCK and G 6Pase in liver tissues. RESULTS Compared with blank control group ,the rats of model group suffered cc1965@163.com from polydipsia ,polyphagia and polyuria ;the body weight , the levels of SOD and GSH-Px ,the protein expressions of p-PI 3K,p-Akt and p-FoxO 1 were significantly decreased (P<0.05);liver and kidney organ index ,blood glucose level at 0,0.5 and 2 hours after intragastric administration of glucose solution ,AUC, FBG,HbA1c,serum levels of MDA ,TC,TG and hepatic glycogen content ,liver and pancreatic pathological grade score ,the protein expressions of PEPCK and G 6Pase were all increased significantly (P<0.05). Compared with model group ,the general condition of rats in P. cocos polysaccharide groups were all improved ,and all of above indicators had been reversed to varying degrees. CONCLUSIONS P. cocos polysaccharide can downregulate protein expressions of PEPCK and G 6Pase which are key enzymes of gluconeogenesis ,inhibit hepatic gluconeogenesis ,effectively decrease blood glucose levels and regulate glucolipid metabolism in T 2DM model rats by weakening oxidative stress and upregulating PI 3K/Akt/FoxO1 pathway.

Whole breast radiotherapy after breast-conserving surgery for early-stage breast cancer increases local control rate and reduces postoperative recurrence. Compared to supine position, whole breast radiation therapy in the prone position provides dosimetric advantages and cosmetic outcomes in patients with large breasts. With the development of various radiotherapy techniques and tools, the radiation volume and dose for target and organs at risk (such as heart and lung) have changed. Models for the prediction of preferable treatment position in breast radiotherapy without the need for CT simulation and plan evaluation in both positions have been developed and implemented in radiotherapy practice. This paper briefly reviews the progression in the techniques and dosimetry of whole breast radiotherapy in prone position after breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer.

OBJECTIVE:To study the repa ir,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Compound crocodile oil burn ointment on superficial second-degree burned skin. METHODS :The heated weight was attached to the right depilated skin of guinea pigs for 4 s to induce the model of superficial second-degree burn. After modeling ,guinea pigs were randomly divided into model group , Jingwanhong ointment group (positive control ),formula Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups of Compound crocodile oil burn ointment (volume fraction 1.5%,3%,4.5%,hereinafter),with 8 guinea pigs in each group. Except for model group ,other groups were smeared with 0.7 g/guinea pigs twice a day for 14 consecutive days. The wound healing was recorded every day ,the healing rate of wound was calculated. HE staining was used to observe the histopathological changes of the wound. The serum levels of EGF ,VEGF, SOD,MDA,TNF-α and IL-1 were detected by ELISA. Eighty Kunming mice were divided into 2 groups,and then sub-grouped into model group ,Jingwanhong ointment group (positive control ),formula Ⅰ and Ⅲ groups of Compound crocodile oil burn ointment,with 10 mice in each group. Then xylene auricle swelling method and acetic acid writhing method were used to investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Compound crocodile oil burn ointment. RESULTS :In the burn repair experiment,after intervention of Compound crocodile oil burn ointment ,the wound area of guinea pigs gradually decreased ,and on the 14th day ,the wound had healed greatly ,and the wound healing rate increased significantly (P<0.01);serum levels of EGF and SOD were increased significantly (P<0.01),while the levels of VEGF ,MDA,TNF-α and IL-1 were decreased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The thick new epidermal layer was found in wound tissue ,and the connective tissue and neovascularization in the dermis increased significantly. In the anti-inflammatory and analgesic experiment ,after intervention of Compound crocodile oil burn ointment ,the degree of ear swelling and the times of writhing decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS :Compound crocodile oil burn ointment shows good skin repair ,anti-inflammatory and analgesic efficacy;the mechanism may be associated with increasing the serum levels of EGF and SOD and reducing the levels of VEGF , MDA,TNF-α,IL-1.

OBJECTIVE:To establis h the UPLC fingerprint of Poria co cos aqueous extract ,and to investigate its relationship with sedative and hypnotic effect. METHODS :Ten batches of P. cocos from different areas were extracted with water to obtain the aqueous extract. UPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Waters HSS-C 18 column with mobile phase consisted of 0.1% phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile-methanol (gradient elution ) at the flow rate of 0.4-0.2 mL/min. The detection wavelengths were set at 210 and 242 nm. The column temperature was 40 ℃,and sample size was 2 μL. The fingerprints of 10 batches of P. cocos aqueous extracts were established by using the Similarity Evaluation System of TCM Fingerprint (2012A version),and the common peaks were identified. The sedative and hypnotic effects of 10 batches of P. cocos aqueous extracts from different areas under the synergistic action of pentobarbital sodium were investigated by taking the sleeping rate ,sleep latency and sleep duration of mice as the single efficacy index. After data transformation of single efficacy index and total efficacy (single indexes calculated by analytic hierarchy process ),grey correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the common peaks in fingerprint of P. cocos aqueous extract and the single efficacy index and total efficacy. RESULTS :There were 24 common peaks in 10 batches of aqueous extract of P. cocos , and 11 components were identified , i.e. 16 α-hydroxydehydrotrametenolic acid (peak 6),16α-hydroxytrametendic acid (peak 7),poricoic acid B (peak 9),dehydrotumulosic acid(peak 10),poricoic acid A (peak 12),polyporenic acid C (peak 15),3-O-acetyl-16α-hydroxydehydrotrametenolic acid (peak 17),dehydropachymic acid (peak 20),pachymic acid (peak 21),dehydrotrametenolic acid (peak 22),dehydroeburicoic acid (peak 24). Grey correlation analysis showed ,the correlation between 24 peaks and sleep duration was greater than 0.6(0.611 5- 0.811 8);the correlation between 24 peaks and sleep latency was greater than 0.6(0.605 9-0.790 4),except for peaks 14,24 and 2;the correlation of 24 peaks between sleeping rate was greater than 0.6(0.606 4-0.721 6),except for peaks 23,19,17 and 5; the correlation of 24 peaks between total efficacy was greater than 0.6(0.619 0-0.781 2),except for peaks 2,5,19. The top 10 chromatographic peaks related to the total efficacy were peak 15(polyporenic acid C ),peak 16,peak 8,peak 11,peak 12 (poricoic acid A ), peak 1, peak 7 (16 α-hydroxytrametendicacid), peak 3, peak 9 (poricoic acid B ) and peak 20 (dehydropachymic acid ). CONCLUSIONS :UPLC fingerprint of P. cocos aqueous extract was established and 11 components were identified. Ten components such as polyporus acid C are closely related to the total efficacy of sedation and hypnosis ,which preliminarily reveal the material basis of the sedative and hypnotic effect of P. cocos .

In China, rural doctors and primary health institutions take important responsibilities as the basic of public health system.They play the fundamental role in the construction of public health system in the rural area. However, primary public health is facing the challenge of poor infrastructure, weak human resources, and inefficient services in most areas. We employed field investigation and literature review to identify major problems on the implementation of primary health service and the development of rural doctors' team. The recommendation in this study might provide scientific evidence to improve the construction of public health system and policy-making in rural area in China.

OBJECTIVE@#To evaluate the effect of intrapulpal pressure simulation on the micro-tensile bond strength (μTBS) of resin cement to dentin.@*METHODS@#Thirty extracted human third molars were selected. Occlusal enamel was removed to expose dentine surface and teeth with residual dentin thickness of 0.5-2.5 mm were selected. Dye permeation through dentin tubules with or without intrapulpal pressure (IPP) simulation, or after Single Bond Universal (SBU) application on dentin surface with IPP simulation were observed at the end of 0 min, 5 min, 30 min and 2 h. The teeth with residual dentin thickness of (1.0±0.1) mm were divided into 2 groups with IPP simulation of 15 or 0 cmH2O (1 cmH2O=0.098 kPa), which was maintained for 30 min before bonding procedure. SBU was applied on the dentin surface and light cured, then RelyX Ultimate (RLX) cement was heaped on the dentin surface (diameter=10 mm, height=4 mm) and light-cured. After the dentin-resin cement samples were stored in distilled water for 24 h at 37 °C, the samples were cut into beams with cross sectional area of 0.9 mm×0.9 mm for μTSB testing (n=100). The data were analyzed with two independent samples t-test (α=0.05). The fracture mode was observed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results were analyzed with Fisher exact test (α=0.05). The rest of dentin-resin cement samples (five samples for each group) were cut perpendicular to the bonding interface and the morphology of the bonding interface was observed using SEM.@*RESULTS@#The dye permeation through dentin tubules with IPP simulation was faster than those without IPP simulation. The μTSB of RLX to dentin with and without IPP simulation were (26.26±9.78) MPa and (28.70±9.0) MPa, respectively. The most frequent fracture mode was mixed-fracture mode. There was no significant difference between the two groups for neither bond strength nor fracture types distribution (P>0.05). Regarding the morphology of dentin-resin cement bonding interface, both groups showed 4-8 μm finger-like resin tags.@*CONCLUSION@#With SBU pretreatment, the IPP simulation had no influence on the immediate bond strength of RLX to dentin.

Objective To investigate the incidence of nutritional risk in infants with lower respiratory tract infection, and to compare the effects of different nutritional risks on clinical outcomes, and to provide evi-dence for clinical nutritional management of infantile lower respiratory tract infection. Methods Infants and young children with lower respiratory tract infection who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2016 were selected as subjects. Nutritional risk screening was performed using the Nutritional Status and Growth Risk Screening Tool ( STRONGkids) . Results A total of 957 infants with lower respiratory tract infec-tions were included in the study. The incidence of high nutrition risk and low and medium nutritional risk were 17. 6% and 82. 4%, respectively. The clinical cure rate was 68. 5% and 71. 4% respectively. The children with pneumonia and bronchitis had high nutritional risk. The incidence rates were 20. 60% and 4. 87%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=25. 52, P=0. 000) . Time-effect single factor analysis ( Kaplan-Meier method):The hospitalization time for infants with low nutritional risk and high nutri-tional risk was 9. 3 ( 0. 3) d and 13. 3 ( 1. 0) d, respectively. The difference between the two groups was sta-tistically significant. (χ2=28. 33, P=0. 000) , the total hospitalization expenses were 5653. 5 ( 224. 8) yuan and 10079. 5 ( 1755. 8) yuan respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=4. 47, P=0. 034) . Multivariate COX regression analysis:High nutritional risk was a risk factor for hospi-talization of hospitalized infants with lower respiratory tract infection ( RR=1. 57, P=0. 024 ) . Conclusion There is a high incidence of high nutritional risk in infants with lower respiratory tract infection. Compared with children with low and moderate nutritional risk, the hospitalization time is longer, the hospitalization cost is in-creased, and the clinical cure rate is lower, which is the risk of clinical outcome. factor. Therefore, it is neces-sary to conduct nutrition risk screening for infants with lower respiratory tract infections, and provide a theoreti-cal basis for clinical nutrition evaluation and nutritional intervention.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the etiology of infant cholestasis,and to evaluate the commonly clinical diagnostic methods in diagnosing infant biliary atresia(BA). METHODS: A total of 142 hospitalized children with infant cholestasis in the pediatric ward of our hospital from January 1,2012 to November 30,2016 were included. RESULTS: Totally 99 cases(69.7%)were comfirmed,and the most common causes were BA,cytomegalovirus infection and citrin protein deficiency.Totally 37 cases(26.1%)were diagnosed as idiopathic infant hepatitis and 6 cases(4.2%)were undiagnosed. Compared with no-BA group,acholie stools predominated in BA group,and the serum γ-GT in BA were significantly higher. Abdominal ultrasonography showed that 81.2% were cholecyst undiscovered or small in size in BA. Hepatobiliary scintigraphy(HBS)showed that 95.0% had no image of gallbladder or radioactive concentration in bowel and 5.0% had delayed image or radioactive conceatration in BA. The difference between the two group;was statistical(P<0.01). The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of acholic stools to diagnose BAwere 91.3%,92.9%,and 92.2%,γ-GT≥300 U/Lwere 65.2%,91.8%,83.3%,abdominal ultrasonography were 68.8%,90.8%,84.9%,HBS were 95%,50%,68.0%,respectively. CONCLUSION: The common causes of infant cholestasis in BA,idiopathic hepatitis,cytomegalovirus infection,and Citrin protein deficiency. Objective To analyze the surveillance results of soil-borne nematodiasis in Hefei City from 2012 to 2015,so as to provide the evidence formulating the Hefei"Thirteen-five"parasitic disease prevention strategy.Methods The population in monitoring points in Changfeng County,Lujiang City and Chaohu County were investigated for Ascaris lumbricoides,Trichuris trichiura and hookworm infections with Kato-Katz technique every year from 2012 to 2015,and the children aged less than 6 years were checked for Enterobius vermicularis infection by using the cellophane tape method.Results A total of 12 496 people were investigated from 2012 to 2015,the number of infections was 84,and among them,the number of hookworm infection was the most(70 cases)and the number of A.lumbricoides was the least(3 cases).The infection rate in 2014 was higher than that in other years,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.008).There was a statistically significant difference among all age groups over 6 years of age in the infection rates(Χ2=27.229,P<0.05),and the infection rate of the age group over 66 years was higher than that of the other age groups.The infection rate in the female was higher than that in the male(Χ2=5.378, P<0.05).The infection rate in the monitoring point in Changfeng County was higher than that in the other monitoring points (P<0.017).Conclusions From 2012 to 2015,the infection rate of soil-borne nematode infections is lower than 5% in Hefei City.The number of hookworm infection is the most.Therefore,during the〝Thirteen five〝period,the key point of prevention of parasitic infections is hookworm infection.

Objective To explore the dynamic changes of Oncomelania hupensis snail densities in autumn and winter and the relationship between hydrological and meteorological factors and snail growth and decline.Methods From Octobers to De-cembers of 2007 to 2014,a bottomland close to eastern Dongting Lake was selected as the study field.The snails and elevation of the points were surveyed,and the hydrological and meteorological data were collected.The snail densities and death rates of every month were calculated.The meteorological and hydrological data were described,and the relationship between the snail densities and associated factors were fitted by the multiple regression model.Results The snail density was highest in October 2012(41.88 per 0.1 m2)and lowest in November 2008(1.23 per 0.1 m2).The snail mortality was highest in November 2008 (73.72%)and lowest in October 2012(1.09%).The multiple regression model found a linear relationship between hydrological and meteorological factors and snail densities.The correlation coefficient between the prediction of ln(snail density)and its mea-surements by using this model was 0.927(P=0.001).Conclusion The average minimum temperature in January and time of starting flood have an obvious influence on the snail densities in autumn and winter.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of HIV,HBV and HCV infections in children aged 1-13 years in Yi ethnic area in Sichuan province.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted in the form of field survey in four townships selected from Yi ethnic area of Sichuan during 2014-2015.Participants were children aged 1-13 years by sample size of 900 and were screened for HIV antibody,HBV surface antigen and HCV antibody,and laboratory comfirmation was conducted.The area,age,gender and ethnic group specific infection rates were compared by using Fisher' s exact test,and multiple comparisons were corrected by using Bonferroni correction.Results A total of 677 children aged 1-13 years were surveyed.The infection rates of HIV,HBV and HCV were 1.03% (7/677,95%CI:0.42%-1.12%),6.65% (45/677,95%CI:4.89%-8.79%) and 0.15% (1/677,95%CI:0%-0.82%),respectively.The infection rates of HIV differed among townships (P=0.000),the infection rate was higher in township D than in township B,the difference was significant (P<0.001).The differences in HIV infection rate among different age,gender and ethnic groups were not significant.The differences in HBV and HCV infections were not significant among different townships,age,gender and ethnic groups.The difference in HBV viral load between age group 5-9 years and age groups 10-13 years was not significant (U=115.000,P=0.967).Conclusions The burden of HIV and HBV infections in children aged 1-13 years was heavy in rural area of Yi ethnic area in Sichuan.Therefore,it is necessary to take effective measures to block the vertical transmission of HIV and HBV as well as to increase the coverage of HBV vaccination.

s] Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive schistosomiasis control measures with focus on total removal of cattle and sheep in Junshan District,Yueyang City. Methods The retrospective review and field survey were implemented in the pilot villages in Junshan District. The data of Schistosoma japonicum infection status of human,cattle,sheep and Oncome-lania hupensis snails,and density of snails were gathered and modeled in the period of 2006 to 2016. Results The prevalence of schistosome infection in residents in the pilot villages decreased from 3.44% in 2006 to 0.59% in 2012(F = 14.501,P =0.013). After removal of all the cattle and sheep in 2013,the prevalence of schistosome infection in the residents decreased to zero in 2016(F=14.148,P=0.033). The density of living snails decreased from 0.8833/0.1 m2 in 2006 to 0.3088/0.1 m2 in 2012(F=76.250,P=0.005). Conclusion The comprehensive schistosomiasis control strategy with focus on cattle and sheep removal is remarkably effective.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of fetal intelligent navigation echocardiography (5D Heart) in the display of key diagnostic elements in basic fetal echocardiographic views.Methods Using volume probe,3D volume datasets of the 209 normal singleton fetuses in the second and third trimesters were acquired from a four-chamber view.After processing the datasets by using 5D Heart,9 cardiac diagnostic planes were acquired and then the image qualities of key diagnosis elements of the heart and great vessels were graded by 3 doctors with different experiences of performing fetal echocardiography.Results Two hundred and sixty-two volume datasets were acquired from 209 normal fetuses,including 53 volume datasets collected when cardiac apex was in different directions,satisfactory datasets failed to be acquired in 27 fetuses because of the maternal obesity,the artifacts of fetal movement,or other influencing factors.Two hundred and thirty-one volume datasets of 182 fetuses could be used for 5D Heart analyzing and displaying,and the displaying rate of 9 standard diagnostic views was up to 88.2%.No significant difference was found when comparing the grading results of one observer in different periods of time,the grading results between two experienced doctors and the grading results among the experienced doctor and one relatively inexperienced doctor (P > 0.05).Conclusions 5D Heart has high reliability and repeatability in obtaining fetal echocardiographic diagnosis views and displaying fetal elemental diagnostic information.

Objective To explore the application value of Z-scores in evaluating growth of aorta (AO) and pulmonary artery (PA) diameter.Methods AO and PA diameters in 332 normal fetuses were measured twice using fetal echocardiography.Z-scores of AO and PA were obtained based on a simple linear equation using gestational age (GA),biparietal diameter (BPD) and femur length (FL) as independent variables.The difference of Z-scores calculated by twice examinations was evaluated.Results The gestation ages of the first and the second examinations of fetal echocardiography were (25.82± 2.27) weeks (range 18-35 weeks) and (30.61± 2.28) weeks (range 23-39 weeks).There were statistical significant differences of AO and PA diameters between the first and the second examinations (both P<0.05).AO and PA diameters increased with the growth of GA in all fetuses obtained using two examinations,whereas there was no obvious change of Zscores of AO and PA with increasing GA,BPD and FL in individual pregnant woman.No statistical significant difference was found for Z-scores of AO and PA between the first and the second examinations (both P>0.05).Conclusion The growth of AO and PA diameters are positively correlated with the growth of biological parameters in normal fetuses,while Z-scores of AO and PA remain constant in second and late trimesters.
