Objective To evaluate the expression and significance of survivin and PCNA in human colorectal carcinoma. Methods Using in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry(S-P method) respectively to detect survivin mRNA, and survivin and PCNA proteins in 64 cases of colorectal carcinoma. Results The survivin expression wasn't detected in the tumor adjancent tissues.
