RESUMO

Objective:The sensory processing measure-preschool scale(SPM-P)was transformed into Chinese, and its re-liability and validity were tested in preschool children. Method:According to Brislin's translation model, the SPM-P source scale was translated into Chinese and the Chinese version of SPM-P scale was formed. From September 2021 to December 2021,395 preschool children were investigated by cluster stratified random sampling method to test the reliability and validity of the scale. Result:The Chinese version of the SPM-P scale includes 8 dimensions of social participation,vision,hear-ing,touch,body awareness, balance and movement, planning and conception, and overall sensory system, with a total of 75 items.Cronbach alpha coefficient for the overall scale was 0.899,the split half reliability coefficient was 0.700;the test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.899.The item content validity(I-CVI)value was 0.920,the average content validity(S-CVI/Ave)value was 0.984,and the content validity was good;the results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the construct validity was good; The results of confirma-tory factor analysis showed that the construct validity was good(x2/df=2.41,CFI=0.992,TLI=0.960,RMSEA=0.060,SRMR=0.046);The Chinese version of SPM-P scale was negatively correlated with the corresponding evaluation dimensions of the screening questionnaire for children's sensory integration disorder, and the correla-tion coefficient was between-0.585 and-0.399,with good criterion validity. Conclusion:The Chinese version of SPM-P scale has good reliability and validity and can be used for stan-dardized evaluation of sensory integration ability of preschool children in China.

RESUMO

There is still a lack of sufficient evidence-based basis for the treatment of simple gaming disorder. The purpose of this paper is to review the research progress of gaming disorder intervention, in order to provide references for the treatment of patients with gaming disorder. With the development and popularization of the Internet, the adverse events caused by the pathological use of online games have attracted wide attention. At present, gaming disorder has been listed in the International Classification of Diseases, eleventh edition (ICD-11) by WHO. This paper reviewed the latest interventions measures about gaming disorder at home and abroad in the past decade, including psychological, pharmacological and physical intervention methods, and analyzed and summarized these intervention measures, so as to provide references for patients with gaming disorder to formulate a reasonable intervention plan.

RESUMO

【Objective】 To explore the mechanism of Yougui Pills in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) based on network pharmacology and molecular docking. 【Methods】 The active components of Yougui Pills were obtained by searching TCMSP database. With the active component targets predicted by TCMSP, SwissTargetPrediction and TargetNet, we searched TCMIP, CTD, DisGeNET and GeneCards databases for KOA related targets. By crossing the two sets of targets, we obtained therapeutic targets of Yougui Pills for KOA. FDA-approved drugs for KOA and their targets were searched in the DrugBank database, and the drug-target network was constructed by using Cytoscape. Then the protein-protein interaction (PPI) network was constructed by using STRING database. After Go and KEGG enrichment analyses, the network of “traditional Chinese Medicine-active components-key targets-significant pathways-biological process” was constructed. 【Results】 A total of 132 active components were obtained from the nine herbal medicines of Yougui Pills, corresponding to 490 targets, of which 76 were potential therapeutic targets. Of them 13 were the same as the targets of 5 Western medicines for KOA. We screened out 18 key targets by the PPI network. Go enrichment analysis revealed 1281 biological processes, 60 molecular functions, and 17 cellular components, which were mainly related to inflammation, infection and oxidative stress. KEGG enrichment analysis showed that 50 pathways were significantly enriched, including IL-17 signaling pathway and TNF signaling pathway, whose functions were mainly involved in immune system, signal transduction, endocrine system, cell growth and death and other biological processes. 【Conclusion】 With multiple compounds acting on multiple molecular targets, Yougui Pills can treat KOA through molecular mechanisms including inhibiting inflammation, reducing oxidative stress, and promoting cartilage cell proliferation.

RESUMO

Objective:To analyze the mediating role of self-esteem and control sources in readmission frequency and self-perceived burden of elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:A total of 346 cases of elderly patients with CHF were included, using self-perceived burden scale(SPBS), self-esteem scale(SES) and multidimensional health locus of control scale(MHLC) to investigate.SPSS 20.0 software was employed to coduct Pearson and Spearman correlation analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression to construct the structural equation model.Process 2.13.2 plug-in was used to test the intermediate effect of Bootstrap.AMOS 23.0 was used for structural equation model and path analysis verification.Results:(1) The readmission frequency during the recent years of the elderly patients with CHF was 0-8, and M( P25, P75) was 1(1, 3). The mean score of self-esteem scale was (29.25±3.67), and the score of internal control in psychological control source was (22.67±3.85). The score of influential others was (26.45±3.38). The opportunity score was (19.84±3.82). The mean SPBS score was (22.19±9.49). (2) SPBS total score was significantly negatively correlated with self-esteem ( r=-0.359, P<0.01), positively correlated with opportunity control source ( r=0.169, P<0.01). Self-esteem was positively correlated with internal control( r=0.237, P<0.01), control of influential others( r=0.225, P<0.01). The readmission frequencies of CHF were significantly negatively correlated with self-esteem( r=-0.119, P<0.05) and internal control( r=-0.173, P<0.01), positively correlated with SPBS( r=0.219, P<0.01). (3) Multiple regression and structural equation model results showed that readmission, self-esteem and psychological control sources could account for 18.0% of the total variables of self-perceived burden. The relationship between readmission and self-perceived burden was mediated by self-esteem and locus of control, accounting for 20.00% of the total effect. Conclusion:Self-esteem and control sources are partially mediating the effect between readmission and self-perceived burden.By nursing intervention to improve the self-esteem level, positive coping strategies of internal control of elderly patients with CHF, the burden of self-perception may possibly be alleviated.
