RESUMO

Objective:To investigate the clinicopathological features and computed tomography (CT) findings of tracheal glomus tumor (GT) in order to improve the understanding and diagnosis of tracheal GT.Methods:The clinical and CT imaging data of 2 patients with tracheal GT diagnosed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were analyzed retrospectively. The image characteristics based on previous reports were analyzed. Results:The clinical manifestations of trachea GT were dyspnea, chest tightness, hemoptysis, etc., which were easy to be misdiagnosed. The CT manifestations were spherical or nodular protrusions in the trachea cavity, with uneven edges, which can be lobulated. Cystic changes can be seen in the focus. After enhancement, it showed progressive filling and obvious enhancement, without deep infiltration and distant metastasis. Conclusions:Chest CT can accurately localize tracheal GT, provide its morphological size, blood supply, growth characteristics and other characteristics, accurately display the overall morphology of the lesion, and provide some help for the development of the surgical plan, and its definitive diagnosis still relies on pathological examination.

RESUMO

Objective:To explore the methods of standardized residency training for internal medicine residents in the post-epidemic era, and to provide theoretical basis for improving and optimizing the standardized residency training. Methods:A total of 228 resident physicians from Batch 2017 to Batch 2019 were recruited, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate their basic information, their attitudes and actions in facing the epidemic and the epidemic impact on the occupational planning and rotation plan. Original data of this study were exported through the questionnaire platform "Questionnaire Network", sorted out by Microsoft Excel, and plotted and analyzed by Origin software. Results:Residents of our hospital, socialized medical residents, other unit sponsor residents and combined professional masters willing to go to Hubei for medical support accounted for 100% (30 people), 86% (6 people), 84% (80 people) and 77% (72 people) respectively. Almost all of the residents were willing to learn the knowledge of COVID-19 and to educate the public (99%-100%). Eighty percent (24 people) of the residents of our hospital participated in anti-epidemic, while the proportion of other unit sponsor residents, socialized medical residents and combined professional masters were 46% (44 people), 14% (1 people) and 12% (11 people), respectively. Additionally, 97% (29 people) of our hospital residents, 89% (85 people) of other unit sponsor residents, 86% (6 people) of the socialized medical residents, and 82% (76 people) of the combined professional masters would still like to engage in the clinical work in the future. What's more, the resident physicians who thought that phylaxiology, epidemiology, general practice medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and critical care medicine should be strengthened to train accounted for 98% (221 people), 98% (221 people), 90% (203 people), 70% (158 people) and 60% (135 people) respectively. Conclusion:Most resident physicians have strong awareness and active actions in fighting against the epidemic. In the future, the standardized residency training of physicians should further strengthen the training of phylaxiology, epidemiology, general practice medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and critical care medicine.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE:To compare the content changes of active/toxic ingredient genkwanin in ethanol extract from Wikstroemia indica before and after processing with “sweat soaking method ”and the effects of processing method on its anti-oxidation ability. METHODS :HPLC method was adopted to determine the content of genkwanin in W. indica before and after processing with “sweat soaking method ”. The separation was performed on Diamonsil C 18 column with 0.2% phosphoric acid solution-methanol as mobile phase (gradient elution )at the flow rate of 1 mL/min. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and detection wavelength was set at 346 nm. The sample size was 20 µL. SD rats were randomly divided into blank group ,W. indica raw product ethanol extract group (317.52 mg/kg,called“raw-product group ”as short )and W. indica processed product ethanol extract group (317.52 mg/kg,called“processed-product group ”as short ),with 6 rats in each group. Blank group was given constant volume of 1.0%CMC-Na solution intragastrically ,and administration groups were given relevant medicine suspension intragastrically;all of them were given 20 mL/kg,once a day ,for consecutive 14 days. The contents of serum oxidant stress indexes(MDA,CAT,SOD)in rats were determined by ELISA. RESULTS :The linear range of genkwanin were 0.147-27.360 μg (r=0.999 9);RSDs of precision ,reproducibility and stability tests were all lower than 3% ;average recoveries were 98.64%-98.92%(RSD<1%,n=3). Before and after processing with “sweat soaking method ”,average contents of genkwanin in W. indica were 0.377 6 and 0.234 0 mg/g. Compared with blank group ,the serum content of SOD in raw-product group was increased significantly ,while CAT content was decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01);the serum content of MDA was decreased significantly in processed-product group ,while SOD content was increased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). MDA content of processed-product group was significantly lower than that of raw-product group ,while SOD content was significantly higher than raw-product group (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS :After proce ssing with “sweat soaking method ”,the content of genkwanin in W. indica is decreased ,and antioxidant activity is increased .“Sweat soaking method ”processes certain function of “reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency ”.

RESUMO

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To observe the effect of compound Huang Gan in delaying chronic renal failure in rats after 5/6 nephrectomy and explore the possible mechanisms.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>High-performance liquid chromatography was used to was used identify the components of compound Huang Gan extract. Rat models of 5/6 nephrectomy received a 12-week treatment with intragastric administration of Niaoduqing, Cozaar, or compound Huang Gan at low, moderate or high doses (n=10). After the treatments, the rats were sacrificed for detecting Scr, BUN, Ucr and 24h UPr , pathological examination of the renal tissues, and determination of FN, MCP-1, and ICAM-1 expression levels in the renal tissues using RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>The major chemical components of compound Huang Gan extract included glycyrrhizin (0.61%), paeonol (1.2%), aloe emodin (0.72%), rhein (0.85%), emodin (0.87%), chrysophanol (0.79%) and physcion (0.8%). Treatment with compound Huang Gan at low, moderate and high doses significantly reduced Scr, BUN, Ucr , Ccr and 24 h UPr levels (P(P<0.05), improved interstitial fibrosis and glomerulosclerosis, and reduced FN and ICAM-1 expressions (P(P<0.05) in rats following nephrectomy.</p><p><b>CONCLUSIONS</b>Compound Huang Gan can improve the renal function and lessen glomerulosclerosis and renal interstitial fibrosis to delay the progression of chronic renal failure in rat models of 5/6 nephrectomy.</p>
