RESUMO

The muscle synergy theory starts from the motor control model, focuses on the neural control function. This paper introduced the theory of muscle synergy, the relationship between muscle synergy and conditions of cerebral palsy patients, and its application in cerebral palsy assessment and rehabilitation. More researches are needed to explore on the details of neuromuscular pattern.

RESUMO

Objective Through a prospective randomized controlled study , comparing the effects of three different anesthetic methods on the patients quality of recovery ( QoR ) score and surgical satisfaction after oblique inguinal hernia repair ( OIHR) .Methods Ninety patients who had underwent OIHR were divided into three groups:nerve block group(NB), spinal anesthesia group(SA) and combination of NB and single low-dose SA group(NB+SA). The first two were treated as control groups .Each group had equally thirty cases .The primary outcome was QoR score and surgical satisfaction , while the secondary outcomes included intraoperatively-adjuvant intravenous admin-istration, mean blood pressure (MBP) and heart rate (HR) during operation. Results The QoR score (median, interquartile range ) in NB+SA group was significantly higher than that of NB group and SA group in the first day af-ter surgery (P<0.05),which was NB group QoR 15(13,18),SA group QoR 16(15,17) and NB+SA group QoR 18(16,19)respectively.The second day after the surgery, the QoR score (median, interquartile range) in NB+SA group was still higher than that of SA group (P<0.05),which was correspondingly NB group QoR 18(15,20), SA group QoR 17(16,19) as well as NB+SA group QoR 20(18,20).As for surgical satisfaction, surgeons are more content with the method of NB+SA than that of SA and NB ( P<0.05 ) .In terms of adjuvant intravenous administra-tion, it was most common in NB group followed by NB +SA group and SA group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Compared to NB and SA , patients with NB+SA have higher QoR and surgical satisfaction after surgery .

RESUMO

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effects of interferon-α2b combined with thalidomid(THD) on the proliferation and apoptosis of HEL cells, and expression of JAK2V617F-mutated gene.

METHODSThe cell survival rates were assayed by CCK-8 after HEL cells were treated by interferon-α2b, thalidomid and thalidomid combined with interferon-α2b for 24, 48 and 72 hours, while the apoptosis and expression of JAK2V617F mutation gene were detected by flow cytometry and fluorescence quantitative PCR respectively after treatmemt for 48 hours.

RESULTSIFN-α2b combined with THD could more obviously inhibit the proliferation of HEL cells than IFN-α2b or THD alone for 24 and 48 and 72 hours, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). In addition, the apoptosis-inducing effect of IFN-α2b combined with THD on HEL cells was more obvious than that of IFN-α2b used alone, the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05). Although IFN-α2b combined with THD can decrease the JAK2V617F mutation gene expression more obviously than IFN-α2b alone, but the difference was no statistically significant (P>0.05). And the remaining groups showed statistically significance(P<0.05).

CONCLUSIONIFN-α2b combined with THD can obviously inhibit the proliferation and induce apoptosis of HEL cells more than that of IFN-α2b alone, but the effect of reducing JAK2V617F mutation gene expression is not different.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND:Anterior cruciate ligament injury can trigger knee instability, knee osteoarthritis which decreases human beings’ life quality. Exploration on non-contact anterior cruciate ligament injury mechanism can prevent the occurrence of anterior cruciate ligament injury. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the mechanism of fatigue effect on non-contact anterior cruciate ligament injury and to introduce the progression of fatigue effect on non-contact anterior cruciate ligament injury in jump-landing activities. METHODS:The author retrieved the PubMed database from 1988 to 2013 by computer. The key words were set as:ACL, landing, and fatigue. A total of 42 articles were included which related to biomechanics research on anterior cruciate ligament injury, fatigue landing and low-limb injury. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:In jump-landing activities, knee valgus, moment, knee joint rotation and smal er knee flexion are main biomechanics underlying non-contact anterior cruciate ligament injury. In addition, fatigue effect is another critical factor for non-contact anterior cruciate ligament injury. However, the cause-effect between fatigue effect and anterior cruciate ligament injury is not clearly investigated and summarized, especial y on fatigue level, fatigue induction and movement control. Introduction of fatigue induction is crucial for better understanding how fatigue effect results in anterior cruciate ligament injury. Thus, the quantification of fatigue level, fatigue models and landing ways wil provide new ideas for exploring biomechanical mechanism underlying anterior cruciate ligament injury in fatigue state, as wel as provide more information on intervention design and injury rehabilitation.
