RESUMO

OBJECTIVE:To provide references for the cultivation of international entrepreneurial talents in TCM colleges. METHODS:Through literature investigation and data mining analysis,the opportunity and present situation of talent cultivation in TCM colleges were analyzed under the background of"One Belt and One Road". The corresponding research ideas and countermea-sures were put forward. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The implementation of"One Belt and One Road"needs large amount of the international TCM talents,and has provided new opportunities for the development of TCM colleges. At present,the construc-tion of TCM discipline and cultivation of international entrepreneurial talents cannot meet the needs of the internationalization of TCM,and the shortage of internationalized entrepreneurial talents has become a shackle for TCM becoming international. The edu-cation department,TCM industry and TCM colleges can change the educational concept based on TCM industry,national condi-tions and the talents. The education system can be improved through the integration and innovation of curriculum system,and the formation of a more open and inclusive teaching model. Global cooperation mechanism can be established through developing inter-national entrepreneurial talents cultivation platform, enlarging production-study-research-cooperative international communication mode and cooperation scale. At the same time,the organizations do top-level design,form complementary advantages,and pro-mote the practice of international entrepreneurial talents cultivation so as to establish"integration,innovation,coordination and opening"of internationalization TCM entrepreneurial talents cultivation mode,and provide international TCM entrepreneurial tal-ents in China.

RESUMO

Objective:To establish a UPLC method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1 , ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 in Yi’ nianjin. Methods: The column was ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 (2. 1 mm × 50 mm,1. 8 μm), the flow rate was 0. 21 ml· min-1 , the column temperature was 30℃, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water with gradient elution, the detection wave-length was 203nm, and the sample size was 1μl. Results:The linear range of ginsenoside Rg1 was 0. 020 3-0. 303 9 mg·ml-1 ( r=0. 999 6), and the average recovery was 99. 05% (RSD=1. 3%, n=6). The linear range of ginsenoside Re was 0. 020 2-0. 302 7 mg·ml-1(r=0. 999 8), and the average recovery was 101. 31% (RSD=1. 1%, n=6). The linear range of ginsenoside Rb1 was 0. 020 3-0. 305 1 mg·ml-1(r=0. 999 8), and the average recovery of 100. 71% (RSD=0. 9%, n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, and can determine the three components simultaneously. The method can be used in the quality control of Yi’ nianjin.

RESUMO

Objective To optimize the extraction procedure for Anmai Granules. Methods With the content of Chlorogenic acid and Cinnamylic acid as indexes, orthogonal table L9(34) was used in the experiment of extracting in alcohol to study the effect of technological parameters (the concentration and dosage of alcohol, extraction times, the time of extraction) on the content of Chlorogenic acid and Cinnamylic acid. Results The optimum process is that 70% alcohol is used as extracting solution adding 9 times amount of solution, extracting 2 times, 1.0 hours for each time. Conclusion The extraction process is stable and suitable for industrial production.

RESUMO

Objective To establish a method for determination of puerarin content in Jingning capsule. Methods The column was Kromasil (250 mm?4. 6 mm, 5 ?m). The mobile phase consisted of methanol- 0.2% water H3PO4 (20/80), with flow rate of 1 mL/min and the UV detective wavelength set at 250 nm. Results Puerarin showed a good linear at the range of 6.268~125.360 ?g/mL (r=0.999 8). The average recovery was 101.42%, with RSD of 1.22%. Conclusion This method is accurate, simple, repeatable and suitable for the determination of puerarin content in Jingning capsule.
